Panera Bread. You know the drill. It’s where I go for the Greek salad with chicken and that piece of bread they toss in like a consolation prize. Used to love the bread—now it’s usually hard enough to file drywall. Pretty sure they changed the recipe years ago and never looked back. The kids are happy with the mac and cheese, the wife gets the wild rice soup, and I keep ordering the same thing out of habit. It’s not bad, it’s not amazing, but it’s consistent. They more and more are becoming too forgetful on completing a large order properly. And to travel all the way back to get what they forgot, was compensated one cookie. Last time they forgot something I was given the entire bakery. (Exaggeration) .. and you can’t call to get in touch with a human .. which I’m glad they didn’t give me hard time about the missing item by the time I returned.

worked there for a while and was a terrible experience, the food is going downhill sanitary wise, and if you do want to apply here, I would not recommend it because the managers will randomly cut your hours and will do nothing about it. all the workers were amazing to work with, but the managers are terrible. shoutout detion, the ONLY awesome manager.

Service and food are really slipping. Prices have remained the same, but portions have been cut back. There are too many other places to get a $15 lunch, especially when you have to wait 20 minutes for your food.

Hands down the best place we have been to. The food amazing . The service above and beyond. Great feelings from the time we entered until we left. Everyone so nice. Calley and Peter were amazing and had great knowledge of the stores near by

Will be contacting corporate about this- ordered food for me and my child and was handed a buzzer (broken btw) we didn’t know it was broken and patiently waited for it to buzz, however it didn’t. Instead we had a cook yell at the top of his lungs our order infront of the whole restaurant where everyone could hear, felt like I was doing the walk of shame at this point. When I let them know the woken was rude and just gave me a half assed smile and attitude smirking and saying have a great day. Won’t be back! Hope the brown haired girl in a slick pony who worked morning on Friday was 10/11 learns to treat people with kindness! Being petty isn’t pretty. The experince wasn’t worry my money and I’m not super happy of the 25$ I wasted

I have the sip club for unlimited drinks and I normally go to another location, but on Fridays I come here because I'm in this area versus my normal store. I always get the blueberry lavender lemonade. Every week this location always tastes very strange as if they're adding some random ingredient other stores aren't. I can't quite discern what it is but it has like a carbonated feel to it. I've been to multiple other locations and had this drink and this one seems to be the only one making it this way. I wouldn't normally leave a review for this as it's not always completely non drinkable but today's literally tasted rotten like their drink is expired. I had to throw most of it away which is very disheartening. I don't think I'll be returning to this location.
