Over 30 minute wait for soup & salad.bread was a 1/2 STALE piece. When I asked for a new one, they said that that one was stale too, although it wasn't. Worst customer service experience ever.

Went for veterans day. They don't support it.

Came to my panera bread in Canton CT since I have a gift card. The manager was the at the counter taking orders and showed him the gift card and asked if I can use it, he was very rude in a sense he doesn’t want to be doing what he was doing. The gift card didn’t work and rudely told me that doesn’t work and said I either pay by card or by cash, in a demeaning voice. I was willing to but I wanted to check if the gift card will work first. In the end I paid by card and when I got my order, he got all my order wrong! Very disappointing, it was not that busy during the time so there’s no reason for him to be like that. I get it, sometimes I don’t like my job but I don’t take it out on the customers. They better have that manager do some more training.

I ordered the lavender lemonade and it tasted off to me so I took it up to the counter and asked the young lady about the flavor and asked her if it was alcoholic she told me that it was not alcoholic however sometimes when the drink gets low and they haven't cleaned the machine in a bit it will start to become fermented. I told her do you know what fermentation means? I told her fermentation means that it is turning into alcohol and they should clean their machine more often it's sad that a popular place such as panera would allow their drink machines to be left so long from cleaning that their drinks turn into alcohol. I was not very happy that this happened what if a young child got this drink!!!

Always running out of bread. You should never run out of bread, if anything you should b donating leftovers to homeless shelters. Also out of yogart parfet and strawberries. All served with a side order of old man attitude. Fun.

6:35 and out of bread. It's Panera bread folks. That's like 5 guys running outta burgers and it's common they are out of everything. So annoying

Panera Bread. You know the drill. It’s where I go for the Greek salad with chicken and that piece of bread they toss in like a consolation prize. Used to love the bread—now it’s usually hard enough to file drywall. Pretty sure they changed the recipe years ago and never looked back. The kids are happy with the mac and cheese, the wife gets the wild rice soup, and I keep ordering the same thing out of habit. It’s not bad, it’s not amazing, but it’s consistent. Slightly overpriced, but clean, fast, and everyone leaves fed. Which, let’s be honest, is a win these days. Also did I mention free WiFi…

Always tasty, they run out of ingredients sometimes. And the place is showing its age a bit. Service can be spotty too.

They more and more are becoming too forgetful on completing a large order properly. And to travel all the way back to
get what they forgot, was compensated one cookie. Last time they forgot something I was given the entire bakery. (Exaggeration) .. and you can’t call to get in touch with a human .. which I’m glad they didn’t give me hard time about the missing item by the time I returned.

worked there for a while and was a terrible experience, the food is going downhill sanitary wise, and if you do want to apply here, I would not recommend it because the managers will randomly cut your hours and will do nothing about it. all the workers were amazing to work with, but the managers are terrible. shoutout detion, the ONLY awesome manager.

Service and food are really slipping. Prices have remained the same, but portions have been cut back. There are too many other places to get a $15 lunch, especially when you have to wait 20 minutes for your food.
