I literally watched the kid behind the counter make all the orders with one hand. It’s a 25 minutes to get a bean burrito and a soft taco. then he puts my order on the counter for the cashier who has disappeared in the back and comes out on her cell phone.. the employees and the owner at this location. Do not give a crap about good service..

The people working here are very incompetent and this is based on my own personal experiences here. Had to file a dcp complaint. Their ratings here show the type of business being ran smh

40 minutes for 5 tacos and 1 burrito. 3 employees 1 working. 3 orders processed while we were waiting. Management needs to train and be present. Kids were all lost. Sad

Waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. Get to the window on 8/29/25 at 7:22pm and are greeted by a young man with short dreadlocks. He was horribly rude and disrespectful. Told me there was no more of the drink I ordered and slammed the window closed. Opens it back up hands me my bag and basically told me too bad about the drink I ordered. This isn't the first time this person had been rude to me. Please coach him into behaving better or let him go.

I purchased 3 potatoes soft tacos around 12:00pm today, 2 of the soft tacos only had cheese, lettuce and chipotle sauce, I asked for extra chipotle sauce and I was charged $2.79 for and I did not receive the sauce. I was literally charged almost $9 for cheese and tortilla and if I didn’t have to rush back to work I would’ve taken it back and asked for a refund. I’m disgusted at the customer service!!! And waste my money.

After this location being closed for at least 6 weeks I went there hoping to finally get my KFC not realizing this location is only a Taco Bell now. Upon googling online this shows you as a KFC/Taco Bell still. Please update this information. It would be helpful. Why did the KFC portion get closed anyways? Though the renovations and new Kiosks for Taco Bell were nice.

In the drive through and we got out stuff about to drive away and immediately after the worker closed the window she was clapping at us and smacking the window for us to leave. we were the only ones there…

This is a Taco Bell and KFC combo location. I placed an order online prior to pick up. Drive through was simple to navigate.

My family and I ordered a few burritos and a chalupa. Everything was there when we picked up and service was friendly. However, they didn't have chicken chalupas, only beef. Also, they didn't have Mexican pizza. Aside from the lack of my favorite items, this place was average, overall.

Last two times I have gone to that Taco Bell. More than 3/4 of my order was missing and I asked for no tomatoes and they asked me if it's because of allergies or just preference and then they still put the tomatoes on my food would not suggest going there. If so, check your food before you leave
