Ana Parzych Cakes

Ana did the cake for my wedding on August 10, 2024 and it was incredibly beautiful and delicious. It was a joy to work with Ana and she made sure that the cake was exactly what we wanted - it looked like something out of a fairytale. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the cake was! The cake was perfectly moist and had delicate layers of flavor throughout, and the frosting was melt-in-your mouth delicious without being too sugary or sweet. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a beautiful, unique, and custom wedding cake that also tastes amazing.

Ana's cakes are as lovely as they are delicious. From my first appointment with Ana at my tasting, I absolutely knew I needed to have her cake at my wedding. I cannot have dairy and she was able to make me a dairy free tier. At the tasting she had the dairy free cake and mousseline flavors available for me and I ate everything!Ana communicated me throughout the process and sent me sketches of the cake and made sure to ask any clarifying questions on the design as they came up. She is renowned for her sugar flowers. And even though I'm not big into flowers, I did want peonies in specifics colors that grew in my mom's garden. After sending pictures to Ana, she replicated the colors perfectly and they looking stunning on the cake.The day of, and for many days after, guests raved about how delicious the cake was. Guests that don't normally like cake say they loved it. My mother in law took home extra slices and ate one every single day, it was that good. For reference, I ordered the white tahitian vanilla cake with strawberry, passionfruit, and raspberry mousseline layers.My dairy free tier was so so good and I was just ecstatic to be able to eat a dairy free cake custom made for me that wasn't gluten free or just chocolate, which is the only flavor and option at some other cake vendors. My dairy free tier was tahitian vanilla cake with lemon and raspberry mousseline layers.I highly recommend - Ana is easy to work with and her cakes are very much worth it for the service, beauty, and taste!

I ordered my wedding cake from Ana, it was a great experience from start to finish! Ana makes you feel like you are a priority! The cake tasting was the best. Not only are the cakes breathtaking but they are absolutely delicious!! My only complaint is that we were told we could order a smaller version of our wedding cake on our anniversary, but when I reached out to Ana via email I was told something different. We had the almond cake and it isn’t something we can get anywhere else. I would love to order a small cake but apparently it’s not an option anymore.

First and foremost, she is such a wonderful, genuine and caring person, who was kind enough to squeeze us in at the last minute when we were cake-less with weeks to go, and she quite honestly blew us away. She is so detail oriented, taking time to understand all of the decor, colors, flowers and our vision, to make sure that this cake was much more than just a cake- it was a true show stopper , an amazing design element! and it was, of course, delicious!! I would absolutely recommend her in a heartbeat.

My experience with Ana Parzych Cakes was amazing!! We did everything through email due to the pandemic and Ana was able to make us a cake and cupcakes that not only was exactly what we envisioned but also something that helped to tie our entire wedding "garden theme" event together. Ana was professional, flexible and was able to see the image that we had in our heads. Everything tasted delicious! And our guests raved over the beautiful flowers and the taste of it all!!
