The placed was mobbed and the kitchen couldn’t handle the orders. . It took 1 hour and 15 minutes before we got our meal. When we finally got our meal for four people the meals came out separately with one of our guests having to wait 5 to 6 minutes long before he was served.. One meal came out without the veggies and it took another 6 minutes before she was served the balance of her meal

I have to the food was great though but the next time I’m walking out.

My advice is to show up to the restaurant by 9am if you want to eat by 6pm. Bring your own water or risk having a heat stroke.

What a little diamond in the rough. Extremely friendly and attentive staff. Doesn't look like much from the outside but they have an awesome patio area in the back with a small pond and waterfall. The buffalo chicken pizza was freaking terrific. This is a 4 star experience!

This restaurant checked off all the boxes for our family -- from a finicky 8YO to a curmugeonly Boomer. Good menu selections. Salads, drinks, appetizer, entrees.... were all excellent. Beautiful place whether you're seated inside or out. We sat outside so we could enjoy the pond and expansive view. Definately returning.

I am a long time patron of this restaurant and have visited many times. This makes me sad to write how disappointed my family was with our last visit. We ordered the large charcuterie board as we have in the past and couldn't believe how scaled back it has become. Only 3 small burnt pieces of crostini and no breaks sticks like in the past. Seemed like only mainly 1 type of cheese just to cover space laid flat, no fig jam again like they have had in the past, no candied walnuts, a few pieces of samali, pepperoni and 3 slices of prosciutto and some wilted old greens. For 40 dollars it was a disgrace. We waited over an hour for our meals, which I don't mind if they taste fresh but they unfortunately didn't and my daughter's chicken parm was so overcooked the chicken was like cardboard. The desserts tasted like they had been sitting in the case for a week. Then the music.. they had this lovely piano player for a couple of hours and when he left they put this dance music on over the speakers loudly like we were at a club. Not really the vibe I was looking for at a nice restaurant. This really was a shame when you're spending 300 dollars on a meal. I hope they get this figured out but I'm not sure I want to go back and spend this much just to be disappointed again. Only real positive, the waitress we had was lovely.

I had such a wonderful experience at Bella Gios in Cheshire! The atmosphere and view created a warm and inviting setting, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Their attentiveness was impressive—service was offered before I even had to ask, which made the evening feel seamless.

From the appetizers through to the main course, every dish was absolutely perfect. The flavors, seasoning, and presentation were spot on, and you could really tell the care that went into each plate.

Bella Gios is definitely a place I’ll be returning to and recommending to friends—an all-around perfect dining experience!

We came in ready for birthday vibes and good food—what we got was a masterclass in waiting.

Our drinks and appetizer took 45 minutes to arrive. Okay, fine, maybe the kitchen was busy… except the place wasn’t. We figured dinner would follow soon after. Spoiler: it didn’t.

Another 45 minutes later, the “solution” offered? Complimentary shots. Cute gesture—except most of us don’t drink. When we asked why the holdup, the answer was, “We have a bigger table outside.” So apparently, if you’re not the chosen table, you’re basically invisible.

After nearly three hours with zero food, I hunted down the manager. Another group was complaining for the same reason. The manager rushed to fix their issue, then walked right past us to… wrap cakes. Yes, cake wrapping > customer service, apparently. When I asked why we’d been ignored, her response: “Your waiter will be with you shortly.” Translation: not my problem.

Three hours. No food. No real apology. Zero effort to make it right.

Customer service: missing in action
Management: on a cake break
Kitchen: maybe on vacation?

Wouldn’t recommend unless you like your dinner plans served with a side of disappointment.

I visited this restaurant on Saturday evening with three friends. Our reservation was at 6:30 PM. We ordered drinks, one appetizer, and four entrées all at once.

The appetizer (fried calamari) took 30–45 minutes to arrive, which we overlooked since we were catching up and assumed our entrées would follow shortly. However, by 9PM, we still hadn’t received them. During this time, our server rarely checked on us and gave no clear updates.

We also overheard other tables complaining about excessive delays, including one couple with a 6:00 PM reservation who still hadn’t been served.

We ended up canceling our order, and the manager brushed it off with a half-hearted apology, blaming the wait on “big tables outside.”

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had. The poor communication, lack of management response, and unreasonable delays are unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant.
