I have always ordered the same coffee since high school and now when I go there they say they have to charge me extra if I wanted less foam and more coffee in the cup. The girl with brown hair and glasses told me she was going to charge me extra at a place I’ve been going to for years. Same coffee order, different staff. In the end did not buy the coffee

I live 45 minutes away, and yet, I still find time to come here EVERY week. THIS PLACE IS WHAT PEOPLE MEAN WHEN THEY SAY “A COMMUNITY COFFEE SHOP.” I always feel welcome here, they’ve learned my name AND my default order, staff is super friendly and attentive, the food is DELICIOUS and I just love it. 10/10; HIGHLY recommend.

I have drivin by this place for years. I almost never stop into coffee shops because i consifer it a rip off. Today i decided to treat myself and buy an iced coffee because it was it was really hot. I will say the coffee is pretty good but its not worth the 6.50 i paid for a (tall) size that i can buy at dunkin next door for half the price and it tastes similar. The tall = small so should be called a short. Misleading, Anyway, the Atmosphere is like starbucks but not as fancy. If you can afford expensive coffee shops then go here. I prefer on making my own cold brew at home that tastes just as good if not better. I use an amazon cold brew maker and grind columbian beans i get from resturant depot. A 5 lb bag is 25 bucks. Hard to beat that deal. So instead of stopping at these places make your own at home as it takes about the same amount of time to make it at home than to park walk, order, pay, and wait.

The coffee is excellent; however, the young staff are very disorganized and dismissive. They are also extremely loud, so it's difficult to relax and focus on your company or task. This is not the place to come if you want to relax, work, or have conversation with a friend. The coffee shop is extremely dirty, lots of dust, hair, dead bugs, and built-up grime on the floors and along the walls, and the bathroom was disgusting. The area where food is prepared and sold is also extremely dirty, counters were sticky, and there was an exposed vent overflowing with some sort of disgusting buildup right under the food display, so i didn't get anything to eat. There is no food menu and it appears that the only options are prepackaged sandwiches and unappetizing pastries, that seem to have been sitting for quite some time. The location, concept, and coffee are great, but this place world benefit from having an experienced manger on site, a more appealing selection of food, and a cleaning service.
Spring menu - order an iced pistachio white mocha with milk. Thank me later.

I have been coming to chesire coffee for a couple years now. My favorite thing has always been the atmosphere. Until recently, the shop has always been a cozy, warm and quaint little coffee shop. As of 3/19/2024, the shop seems to be doing some sort of renovation and I'm afraid it seems to be going the way of every other "modern" competing coffee shop. The work is not complete so I'm not 100% sure of what the finished product will be, however, the cozy couches, chairs, corky pictures and rugs are all gone.This coffee shop in a small way, without sounding too cheesy, is a perfect representation of a small New England coffee shop. It would be a shame if it tries to change all of that, all in the name of a "refreshing look". Not every new look needs to be different shades of grey with minimalist design features.
