Consistently understaffed for lunch, one person on the food line and one person at register is wild.

Second order from this new location. Second time my order was wrong. Tonight I had to wait 20 minutes because there were no chips and “someone turned the frier off”. Really? It was 7pm and this location closes at 11. Got home finally and my burrito was all wrong and the guac and queso were missing. Waste of money and time Terrible. Going back to the Queen Street location.

its like they sat there and repeatedly beat it up till the cover fit on. place was dirty + the lady mixed up our whole order w someone else and it already had to be remade

Amazing how dirty the place looks after being open for such a short period of time. Placing my order was very difficult with the language barrier. As I was eating I watched the same lady wipe down the glass over the food and none of the food had the lids on, anything she wiped fell directly into the food. Pretty nasty. Never was a fan of chipotle in the first place but I did except it to be nicer being in Cheshire….(also the loud yelling in Spanish by a employee was an interesting touch to the atmosphere)

I wish I could talk about how excited I am for this new addition to Cheshire! I placed an online order for a simple quesadilla. Had a 25 minute wait online. Got to the store 30 minutes later and not only was the food not ready, there were 7 people in front of me with the same issue! I don’t mind waiting a little bit for an online order, but the line in front of me was too long and I had to be somewhere- and was hungry!
I could make a quesadilla at home and do the dishes in less time. And the option for a refund (which would be nice since a quesadilla and a soda is $20) is to download an app and do it online or….. wait.
I am giving it 2 stars instead of one because I could visually see the stress on the faces of the staff who were still very cordial in spite of their circumstances. I’ve never quite seen a food chain so disorganized. Thinking they opened too soon. It’s clear that there is some disconnect between Chipotle Corporate and The Real World. No surprise.
To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to order at first because I saw a lot of one-star reviews. But I decided to give this new restaurant a chance, and I’m so glad I did! I was lucky to have my burrito made by a true professional who really knows what they’re doing. I can honestly say it was an incredibly delicious and satisfying lunch. I ordered through UberEats on November 5, 2025, and that employee truly deserves recognition. The food was amazing and felt really genuine. Thank you for making my day!

My burrito fell apart in the bag. The staff looked confused. I had to wait 10 minutes just for someone to cash me out despite 3 people just standing around in back. They also ran out of cheese

I want to start off by saying chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants when I heard there was a new location opening by my job. I was excited I knew where I was gonna go for lunch every day. My first experience, it was a bit slow, but I figured because it was new give them time and I did just that.
My second experience was horrible. I ordered the kids Taco Bell and was charged for an adult meal. When I corrected the cashier she got an attitude. She tried to convince me that I ordered everything large when clearly I didn’t because there was a kids meal right next to her I tried to correct her. She got an attitude and started getting loud with me. The managers came and approached. No one did nothing. They made the situation worse they told me she’s new and that’s why she messed up the order. At this point, I just asked for my refund. It took 20 minutes to get my refund as I was leaving two of the workers started saying you got your food now you can go as I was walking out ..
At this point, I didn’t even want to eat the food because I felt so disrespected. Also, I felt like there was no order in the restaurant. One thing led to another, and there were words exchanged, but still not one manager to diffuse the situation or to correct their employees. That experience just made me not want to engage if those two workers we will be there. There was no accountability taken, and I was told by the manager her words “I’m sorry but they don’t listen to me”. I was disgusted the people who you hire definitely plays apart in your business once I started talking about corporate of course, now something wants to be done at that point I was over it. I walked down and went about my business. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here, especially if you’re having a bad day. The atmosphere is not so great and they don’t care about how long you have to wait There is no punctuality. And if they keep hiring people that snap their neck at customers, then they’re gonna go downhill just quick my opinion.
