I want to start off saying this Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst ever. The workers are disgusting disrespectful I went there for a coffee to start my morning and ended up getting disrespected by supposedly the manager of this store Which her name is NASSIMA )I would not be spending my hard earning money in this place again me as a customer We deserve better customer service unfortunately, I have to give this placed a one star to post this if it was up to me, you wouldn’t be getting no stars Dunkin’ Donuts let’s do better. We need better management. Get rid of your supposedly management you have in the store NASSIMA………….

Clean and calm Dunkin. Even with a few rushes, the two ladies on staff never got tripped up. Got my coffee and loaded hash browns freshly and perfectly made, bathroom was clean and wasn't out of TP or soap, no nasty smell or sticky floor, also really liked the comfy armchairs. I hope the crew here is treated well, they do a good job

I have never had someone check with management over $1 coins. If you have to check with management. Check your elementary school books to. Maybe the pictures of currency is better.

I came into this Dunkin at 8:20am. Two of the work employees was racially profiling me today. They greeted every none colored person with “Hi how are you” but when I went to the register with two young kids we were not greeted and gave me attitude when my child was ordering and said to a minor with a disability “ can you hurry up I have a line of people” eager to take the none colored customers instead. Me confronted the two staff members resulted them toeing a bag of donuts at myself. They should not be working in customer service and the colored members of Cheshire should be aware of these two. I am in the middle of getting results for these two individuals actions. Not only did the cameras in this establishment capture everything my child had it on video as well. I usually go to this location every morning before work because I enjoyed going and always polite. I feel very violated about this situation.

Ordered an iced matcha two times and both times came back as iced coffees. Very disappointed, tried to call but the phone number was unavailable. Often comes with no straws.

I stood at the counter several min. The workers argued about who would serve the customers at counter, there was a line behind me. One worker came over, fiddled with the first register, then took the draw of money from second register, then walked away. Never acknowledging the customers. I had a gift card but instead went to another place and spent money. I called the store and found out the supervisor/ manager wasnt in. My suggestion if you want good service make sure an adult is working.
