Normally I'm not one to say something unless it's really bad, but I get coffee at this location on my way to work and the male server at the drive in window doesn't smile, say hello, thank you.....nothing!! Just horrible, like he hates to be there. No personal skills

I work up the street and I bypass this Dunkin’ Donuts and go another 2 miles down the road because for some reason, no matter how many times I give this Dunkin’ Donuts a try, they cannot make a cappuccino right you get a full cup of milk with a cappuccino, especially when they have a boardinside that says 1/3 cup of espresso 1/3 cup of milk 1/3 cup of foam and what do I get I always and I say this again always get a full cup of milk… so I give it a try a couple weeks later and tell them when you steam the milk up give me just a little bit of the milk. It’s OK if it’s strong and what do I get a full effing cup of milk this is gotta be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever and I’ve given these people a pass for the past 18 months. This Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst the worst. No matter how many times you give these people are passing and you go there to get something they never make it right!!!! it’s almost like they need to retrain their people on different types of drinks…. it’s so bad that sometimes I even go all the way down to 372 just to grab the right. These people probably lose so much money. It’s ridiculous cause I know I can’t be the only one.

This dunkin is awful with the inside counter. They always leave people waiting for 15 mins or longer and most of the employees are pretty rude. If you want something go through drive thru because they don’t care if you’re inside wanting to order.
Idk if there is a management issues or it’s just a DD service itself, all the time they are messing up an order, I would not recommend to go there, always keep forgetting to put something that you ordered and etc. I understand it’s to much to ask from a chain of the cheapest coffee and food, but, if you doing a service at least try to make it good.

Our sandwich orders were completely messed up and missing ingredients. The bagels were very dry. I ordered a hot tea with 3 cream & 3 sugars; there was no sugar. First staff member we spoke with at the drive through didn’t understand our first sandwich order (multigrain bagel with turkey sausage, egg, and cheese) so a different staff member had to take over. Maybe she was still training? Would not recommend going here unless you go into the store to order and can double check everything’s correct before you leave.

I know that it's not this place's fault, because I'm pretty sure they're low on staff but come on! My bacon egg and cheese bagel was good, still stiff, but good. My iced chai was messed up, even though I don't know what they did. Tasted like water and milk. Barley had any sugar but was I guess fine with me.Honestly, at this point, I don't know if it's this place or Dunkins' in a whole, but I honestly would say: Starbucks
