I just want to express how truly disgusted I am with the staff that closed Nov 15 during a snow storm. My husband got stuck in snow and ran out of gas ending up with up in the parking lot of this establishment. Not one associates would help him. Not one person cared that it was freezing last night. He asked for help and they all ignore him. There wasn’t any compassion from not one employee. They literally left him for dead.

This McDonald's location near Sleeping Giant State Park has been around for a long time and has friendly staff. The area is nice, and the facilities are clean. A fan of classic meals would enjoy two cheeseburgers with French fries, while another customer prefers the sausage McMuffin with egg and hash brown. One visitor was impressed by the delicious fries, claiming they were the best they've ever had. Despite a disappointing cold cheeseburger, the quick service and polite staff left a positive impression. Another customer was pleasantly surprised when they received both sandwiches for the price of one due to a deal ending unexpectedly. When it gets busy, it's better worth it to double check orders before leaving either the drive-thru or inside. Some customers have not been given enough amount of fries that they order, receiving nearly a medium's portion of cooked fries when ordering large. The friendliness of the staff at this particular branch is most welcome and appreciated.
