Pizza is good, makes sure it's well done..however, the management and the heavier set lady at the front is killing the business along with their random hrs. They are opened. It's a 50/50 shot when you call in, if the cook is stressed out, they dont pick the phone up, I've been there picking up when this has happened. I have no clue how they keep the lady with the attitude up front, shes obnoxiously rude..to prove my point, scroll down to see how a MR. B's employee answered one of their patrons who had left a bad review...I was a every weekend customer , two pr three weekends ago we called about 3:00 no answer, called back an hour later no answer, we now go next door to Vespucci's, $19.00 for a large with a premium topping..so glad I discovered them thanks to Mr. B's not picking up all the time and the lady in the front was the icing on the cake.

Great pizza. Crust is perfect and just how you’d want it. Sauce is amazing well rounded and the cheese is also great. Offers a lot of different desserts to and fast service whether it’s delivery or in store.

I grew up on Mr. B's. My family used to have a little name plaque on the wall that I loved to check in revisit. The service, food, and atmosphere have all fallen of steeply. The pizza does not crack the top 5 for me in cheshire, it used to be a favorite. The owner's and staff behavior in house and on community forums are pretty cringey. The place is also in dire need of updating. I hope they figure it out again!

I’ve been going here for years and everytime i check underneath the pizza… BLACK. A couple days ago i got a pizza and the whole crust in the pizza was black and we had to cut it off!
This is the best pizza in town. Once we discovered this place, we never order from anywhere else!

Just had a quick dinner here and was astonished at how great the pizza was ..had the meat lovers .....thin crispy crust sauced evenly .....was not salty ..and fresh ......close to New Haven style pizza ....will be back again..thanks Mr B's!!!!

Two stars since they did finally fix the situation and the two who actually helped were very kind.I ordered on slice and couldn't order with no cheese, so I left a note at the bottom. THEN I called to verify since I know the note could be confusing. I was assured it was noted and would be done without cheese. You can imagine my dismay when it arrived without cheese. I called and I was told it was an issue for slice to handle. (Which, if I hadn't called to verify would be true) However, since I called it was now their mistake and they refused me any other option. When I pressed further and asked to speak to another member (manager or owner), the request was declined. During the call I was cut off, yelled at and finally hung up on (because I decided to yell back since I did not wish to be talked to like that). The only thing I said that may be construed as "disrespectful" is that they are failing to take responsibility for something that was their fault and yelling to ask them to please stop cutting me off. Maybe someone with more tact (like the woman at the counter when I drove to the store) answer phone calls from customers. The issue was finally taken care of professionally by the other woman and man when I arrived in person. I wouldn't be surprised if this review was met with some backlash and story about my being rude, but I assure you I was patient and calm until I was no longer allowed to speak, called disrespectful and yelled at, then finally hung up on.If you have any special needs, order directly. And if there's an issue with your order, you'll probably have to drive there. Sad there was undue stress if only they had better communication and customer service. As a former food service employee if someone called with a specific request, that would be double or triple checked for accuracy. Sadly, I missed eating dinner with my family this evening.
Dietary restrictions: Slice app does not allow to order with no cheese. It does seem someone in charge called slice while I was there to discuss and remedy the issue.

I got 2 slices of pepperoni for lunch, absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I hope my job gets me back to Cheshire soon. I'm gonna see those slices in my dreams.?
