This was a surprising gem. I never even knew it was next to the YMCA even after living in Cheshire for a decade. Food was great and service was fast. Nice little place even though it's not obvious it's there

This place has great food. The staff is very attentive. I was struggling with opening my Japanese soda and the sushi chef stopped what he was doing to help me. So helpful. I've dined in and taken out and every time it's always good.

Got there around 6:30pm with my family of 5. Our waitress was not friendly. She took our order and then brought drinks out sporadically. We waited a while for everyone to get their drinks, then she brought us our salads. She did not give us forks or napkins. We had to ask for them. She brought them separately and took her time as we waited to eat our salads. Then one of my children asked for no avocado with their bento box California rolls. She did not listen to us. My child was given the California rolls WITH avocado with her bento box and was then charged for a SEPARATE order of California rolls without avocado! We told her she was allergic and it was still put in with her dinner! She never came to ask how things were. Not once. Then it took quite some time to ask for our check. We were there for over 2 hours!! We got out after 8:30pm and it wasn't busy AT ALL!! the part that irritates me is that I was told what tip to give and was charged that!! If it was up to me she would NOT have gotten a $30 tip for doing TERRIBLE job. I will make sure I tell everyone I know the terrible service I got and to not go there and to go to the other sushi place down the road.. I then complained to the hostess and another worker and was pretty much dismissed!! Really bad place.
