Very annoyed. It was my first time at this location, and the customer service was horrible, I ordered a drink through the app and apparently they discontinued the drink yet I just had it at a different location and on the app it said it was available. I waited for 15 mins and then finally one of the workers came up to me and said that they couldn’t make the drink. I then asked for a different drink on the menu and available on the app they also said it was “discontinued”. If you don’t have drinks then it shouldn’t be available on the app for that location!

The place looked very clean. But we ordered three turkey, provolone, and pesto sandwiches and one of them tasted off. We also ordered on the app and did drive thru pick up because the line was so long. When we went in line to pick up our food the lady had us waiting for at least 10 mins and didn’t remember us when she came back. Then we pulled up to the window and one of the drinks we ordered was never given to us. It took them another 5 mins to make a simple coffee. I do not recommend coming here. I love Starbucks but this one needs to do a lot of work. Disappointed.

This is the only Starbucks I've ever been to that is consistently bad. The store is filthy and the staff is not managed well and are unprofessional. My drinks are always mediocre. During my last visit, my drinks were ready, but it took 15 minutes to get a croissant and cake pop. All the while the staff were bickering and acting unprofessional.
Please improve this location.

Purchased bogo for mothers day. First drink was made wrong and had to wait over 20 minutes for the second drink in our order.Not a single worker greeted customers or wished any one a happy mothers day.

Super slow service, no attention to customer, no interactions with customers. I came in to place an order and wasn’t even acknowledged i was standing in front of the register for more than 5 mins, i asked around and was told “only 2 people working today” but then a 3rd came out from lunch and started ringing customers, after i moved from the register and decided to place a mobile order instead. This location is more focused on their drive through clients than in house/ walk in clients. Other people were waiting for their orders way before we even arrived. Not photo worthy

The mobile order pick up is the slowest I have ever seen. They need to add another staff to help fill mobile orders especially on weekends. It's unfair to the 1 staff member and customers. 2nd visit to this location and both on weekend and the wait was about 20 minutes for mobile.

The place is very visibly not busy. They’re taking their sweet time with every order. Took me a whole 20 minutes to make a grande and a venti strawberry acai refresher. They just move so incredibly slow.
