I’ve been coming to this location for a long time and from a customer and business stand point there are a few improvements that could be made.
1) During summer, the patio door is almost always locked. Customers should not need to ask for the patio door to be unlocked as the default. This could be listed in the morning staff checklist.
2) The store is often uncomfortably cold. I’ve left several times because of this, and I’ve heard others mention it too.
3) A few baristas are great, but overall, most baristas could use consistent customer service training. At times they come off rude which my not be the intention. General training on how to greet a customer is essential. I've also stood at the cashier as the only person in line and have timed how long it's taken for staff to simply acknowledge I'm in line - around 2-3 minutes with about 6 people actively working.
4) Bias training is needed. Let me say that again, bias training is needed. There is a difference between how customers of ethnicities are greeted. A warm smile and hello vs seemingly being ignored. Not all staff are like this but the majority of staff need bias training. After reading some review on here...I'm echoing other's sentiments.
5) Indoor and patio tables should be wiped down more frequently. They are getting wiped at about every 3-4 hours.
When staff is asked to wipe a table or open the patio door, they are always willing. But the point is, customers should not need to request this 99% of the time, the tasks should be accounted for in daily todo list. If lean on management more that the staff on these things.
Lastly, the link Starbucks (Owner) keeps posting under poor customer reviews does not work. The link takes you to a page that take you back to the same page -- no real feedback can be given expect on here.

How good the drink turns out depends on the day. Some days my drink is great and some days the same drink comes out grossly sweet. Never looks like the drink I ordered but I won't knock them for appearance, but I will for the inconsistency in taste.

Enjoyed my experience there each time I have stop in. I’ve been greeted by the staff and they’ve always been willing to answer my question as someone who doesn’t drink Starbucks often.

Place a mobile order and it said it would be ready in 3 to 6 minutes so I got there at five minutes only for the woman in the window to rudely. Tell me that my drink isn’t ready and that she needs at least 10 minutes to make it and that I had to go sit in the parking lot and wait another five minutes before coming back around to get my drink. I find this ridiculous because if I just pulled through the drive-through and ordered the drink like a regular order they would have to make it right then and there, so why do I Have to go sit in the parking lot to get my drink? And she was very rude and condescending about it. Like you work at a Starbucks girl, relax

Barista’s are very rude to their customers. Places and online order, pulled up to the drive through and was told “um, you have to give us 7min”. I advised there were four cars in front of me at a stop. She stated, “I may have you drive around again”. What is the difference if I ordered initially at the window? Make the coffee and treat your customers respectfully!

I’ve never had so many problems with our coffee orders at a Starbucks before. Frappe with no whip.. nothing special, but we always get whip cream.
But this time, we asked them to remake our drink, they just poured the same frappe with the whip cream in a new cup and mixed it in. Very disappointing.

I placed an order for drive-thru because I had my baby in the car. I was told I have to place my mobile order 5 minutes ahead of even getting in the drive thru line and was told I had to get out of line, wait 5 minutes, and get back in line or come inside. I told her I had my baby in the car so coming in wasn’t a great option, but because the drive thru was already backing up I’d come in. It took me less than 3 minutes to park and get inside and the coffee was sitting there waiting. It would have definitely been ready when I got to the window.
I’ve never been told at any other Starbucks that mobile orders must be placed 5 minutes ahead of entering the drive thru line. I will not be returning. No wonder this location has such a low rating.

Had a great extra caramel ribbon crunch with the okay from my doctor after my visit. Went into the bathroom with my finance because due to my disability I am unable to use the bathroom by myself. A rude tall male employee with curly hair and glasses banged on the bathroom door like the police and demanded that we cannot be in the bathroom together and then told us to leave or he’s calling the police. Even after I told him I cannot use the bathroom by myself. He still demanded we leave. I have never had a problem with my fiancé assisting me to sit on a toilet because I have a medical condition. This is a nice Starbucks but because of this I will never give this place business again for being medically discriminated against. I understand policy but I specifically stated it was due to my condition, not for funny business. Completely rude and disrespectful. You should be ashamed of yourself. I am also disputing the charge for my drink because I will not pay to be medically discriminated against. I hope this employee gets fired for his actions.

I walked into Starbucks this morning to order a tea a medicine ball. When I walked in everyone looked at me like I was an alien. The girl Who was standing near the register with a pad in her hand? Walked away from the register as I stood there and went over to the drive-thru window. And I waited for service about almost 5 minutes. Then she comes back. Asking me could she take my order didn't say good morning or anything? I then proceed to give her my order. I asked her to put eight sugar. she tells me to go to the counter and get my sugar. And I told her any other Starbucks that I have went to I had never had that problem. She had an attitude the service suck everyone was standing around like they were lost. But if I was white and I went in there, they would have jumped to serve me. Starbucks is racist. There's always complaints about the Starbucks. I never drunk the tea or coffee there. And this was my third time, but I never stopped in the one in Cheshire. They need to go through retraining. Whoever the girl was. And I will never go back there ever again.

Best Starbucks! The drinks are made quickly and correctly every time!! The staff are always exceptionally nice/friendly. The store itself is always clean, and the drive thru is fast and efficient. I live in Hamden and drive out of my way to specifically use this location daily. I've been going here almost daily for years, and I know I will get the same level of professionalism and customer service every time. Highly recommend!!
