Service and atmosphere are okay, but food quantity at this Subway is way down. The sandwiches are not only smaller, the fillings are also limited. Even paying for extra meat doesn't get you what it used to just last year. Not sure if this is true to this particular location, or generally across different subway restaurants. The prices have increased too.

Very upsetting that you get a coupon in the mail and you can't use it. The flyer should say something about certain subs that the can't be used AND a poster at the store before I order a sub. No wonder why is been a long time since I've been there. The owners rip you off.

This company hires 17 year olds just to intimidate and bully then fire them . Please don’t have your kids work here . It’s a toxic work environment they will sabotage the schedule to make it look like you’re not a good worker .. there’s poor management and the food is old n expired. Please be careful with this store the store manager is a bully and careless as well .

The Subway in Cheshire, CT in the Stop and shop plaza has fallen off of its game in the last 10 years or so. You used to be able to go in and be out quickly even with a long line at lunchtime. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Plus, it was obvious that they got along very well and my sandwiches were always delicious even when I would come in in the morning to get my breakfast sandwich and there was only one employee working at the time, I would receive top notch service with a smile No matter which girl it was. These days my sandwiches are never right even when I’m standing right there all they make them. The cashier is usually rude and the atmosphere is totally different. It doesn’t seem like the people enjoy their jobs very much as they did in the past They take it out on the customers. Please try to find a staff like you had 10 years ago or more your business would probably If you did that. surely won’t be able to find the same team again, but you can always try to find one with the same type of Customer Service and camaraderie. And people who seem to actually care if you are happy with the product they’re making for and selling to you. Because they do not anymore.

I am HOPING that my review stays on the same high level of service that Alyssa in this establishment GIVES! I travel from the Wolcott area specifically for this Subway because not only are their items consistently FRESH, but the level of SERVICE I am provided has been nothing short of amazing. My daughter and I LOVE coming there and we will keep going. Alyssa and team, keep up the FANTABULOUS job! See you soon.

I just ordered a sandwich from them with veggies etc on it., even the receipt lists everything I wanted on it, and they gave me literally bread and tuna with zero veggies on it. How can you mess up that bad?

They were all out of bacon and when I requested extra pickles on my sandwich the woman (I think owner) told me no and that she’s only supposed to put 4 slices in a 6” sandwich. When I told her I didn’t get cheese on my sandwich so I should be entitled to a few more pickles she reluctantly put 2 more slices on. Terrible customer service and since when does subway count the number of pickles?!?

So I went there to get subs for myself and for my son and paid $20. The girl was so rude she didn’t even said hi not even asked if I want bread to be toasted. I asked her to toast my bread she got mad and burned one of the sandwiches and other one over cooked which my son never ate.Anyways I asked her she burned and she said no it’s fine. It was literally burned. Then I asked her to change it atleast bread and cheese, she got mad again and never replied then a guy came out and made sandwich for me. Not sure why she is there when she is not ready to serve others.
