I just ordered a sandwich from them with veggies etc on it., even the receipt lists everything I wanted on it, and they gave me literally bread and tuna with zero veggies on it. How can you mess up that bad?

By far the dirtiest and rudest Subway I've ever been too. For the simple fact that there are many bad reviews for this place and nothing has changed shows the owners does not care at all about anything that goes on here. How sad!

They were all out of bacon and when I requested extra pickles on my sandwich the woman (I think owner) told me no and that she’s only supposed to put 4 slices in a 6” sandwich. When I told her I didn’t get cheese on my sandwich so I should be entitled to a few more pickles she reluctantly put 2 more slices on. Terrible customer service and since when does subway count the number of pickles?!?

So I went there to get subs for myself and for my son and paid $20. The girl was so rude she didn’t even said hi not even asked if I want bread to be toasted. I asked her to toast my bread she got mad and burned one of the sandwiches and other one over cooked which my son never ate.Anyways I asked her she burned and she said no it’s fine. It was literally burned. Then I asked her to change it atleast bread and cheese, she got mad again and never replied then a guy came out and made sandwich for me. Not sure why she is there when she is not ready to serve others.

If I could put no stars I would. $17 for just a sub and they skimp on the veggies. Waste of money. Better off going to the little red deli in plantsville and 1 sub can eat for a week.
Online orders placed for pickup, 3 in a row now completely screwed up. Convenient place for a quick dinner on busy nights, but I will not be back after this.

Ownership of this place is absolutely atrocious. Mangers have absolutely no clue how to treat employees with proper respect. So many complaints from employees saying the owner and manager does not treat them like actual people. Recommended to not work for this guy until new ownership buys him out. Stay away from this place if you’re seeking employment. If you’re looking for names start with a guy named Amir, treats employees like their expendable and wastes their time like it’s meaningless.

I haven't been to this Subway in a while but visited recently. I ordered a6 inch Veggie Delite Sub which was anything but a delight. The bread wasfine but the fillings disappointing, two small thin semi-circles of cheese and meager amounts of toppings. Also there seemed to be less topping options available than in the past. I understand this Subway is under new ownership and hopefully they can do better. If not, there are much better options for sandwiches in town which I will be using instead.

I wish there was an option for zeroWent in and ordered a footlog with a coupon, which they refused to accept. In addition they charged about 15% more than is on their menu board and refused to meet that price. Now if that was all, ok, as I do understand prices are increasing. However, they had no toppings for the sandwich’s besides lettuce and olives. So I paid nearly $10 for a ham and cheese with lettuce. I asked for manager contact information and then was refused that as well. Others in like stepped aside and left as they were telling people lack of toppings until after they started making the sandwich, unless u looked specifically at that area. Their reputation is getting worse then it’s already been.
