There’s a gentlemen who works at Taco Bell and Popeyes who is disgustingly rude. The soda machines does not work and they still offer you a cup. I asked the gentleman with the dreds to change the soda machine and he responded by saying figure it out. I asked for his manager and he lied to me saying it was a women at the register. To find out the manager was a dude. When I reported it to the manager how rude he was. The gentlemen ran away quickly to the back. Gentlemen should be written up if I was his boss. Customer service was very very poor. Attitude was disgusting. I do not Recommend this location to any truckers or customers. Everyone is rude

The two ladies working here are extremely unprofessional and rude. Out of 10 items, 8 were wrong. After we called back to exchange them, we were told that “This is not a Target where you can just return things you don’t like”. Will never be coming here

Went in and got a HUGE attitude from the lady working. The machines were down and they could only take cash. When I was told this, I said, "Cool." To which she responded, "It's not my fault."Next, I saw her go from the cash register--with gloves on--to the food--with the same gloves on.I said to her, "Excuse me, I hate to say this, but can you please make sure to change your gloves when you make my food?"She responded by saying, "I changed my gloves for his food. And I changed my gloves for your food, too. I wear multiple pairs of gloves. You shouldn't say things you don't know anything about."I left. I did not take my food.I would give 0 stars if I could.I went at 8pm on December 23rd, 2023.This Taco Bell is usually great. I have no idea what was up tonight.
