Received (super fast service) 2 Rice burritos. No beef no taco anything just rice. Should have just hit the actual mexican place 1/2 a block away.

I asked no tomatoes in 12 party pack soft tacos... Got loaded with tomatoes more than meat, cheese... That's evilish. I can't eat tomatoes. Had to throw everything in the bin. Sad experience. NY state shows low quality of service.

I would give zero star. Evening staff needs to be fired and replace with ppl who really deserve the job. Very rude behavior from the girl taking my order to girl who making the food. Bad bad bad. Their prep table where they make food was disgusting. I had to cancel my order and went cross the street to Burger King. Will never eat here again.

Came here to get some fried potatoes.took the Discovery Box, it turns out that potatoes are not included in this establishment, I ordered additionally, they charged me for it, but there was no kaitoshka in stock

I order food from here through doordash. They are always messing up my order. It's always something wrong. This time, they forgot my sauce packets. You need the sauce packets to complete the meal. And the baja blast tastes like cough medicine. I believe the manager should hire a better staff. How can you mess up doordash and Uber eat orders all the time. And then you can't get your money back. I like Taco Bell, but this restaurant makes Taco Bell look bad.
Im not gonna rake them over the coals the guy up front was clearly new but i confirmed exactly what i wanted and he still put in the wrong order. If your not sure just ask for help. I would rather take a couple of minutes and get the right order than get the wrong thing. Rest of staff was fine except when i said i got the wrong order the young lady told me it was his fault. Like i know but can you at least offer to fix it?

Very rarely do I write bad reviews. This though is well deserving. The staff are INCREDIBLY rude. They all need to be fired and find new people. The person who took my order was very rude and then the person who handed my order to me after I said thank you just said “yup” and he gave me a solid I hate my job look and walked away. The food is the same Taco Bell food you’ll get anywhere else. It wasn’t not clean by any means, but not spotless either. Needs to be shut down
