The wait staff was rude, went to listen to a fabulous guy singing he was wonderful, food was not worth ordering . What happened to the Waverly?

Perhaps we came on an off-night, but our party didn't have the best experience here. My steak came out overdone and two other orders at the table were wrong and the server didn't take the meals back. The chef's specials were also strange...marinara sauce on a salmon...Ill leave it at that.
