Don't waste your time stopping at this Dunkin 1. if your in a hurry and 2. If you want to start your day in a good mood. Never seen anyone at this location very nice. All have attitudes đ very rude and could careless. Never seen a bunch of crew members not willing to work. Don't ask for anything extra because you will get the eye roll.

Disappointing experience at this Dunkinâs. We stopped by for a quick coffee, but the service was lacking. No sugar, no stirring sticks available which was frustrating. To make the matter worse, the staff seemed completely unbothered by the inconvenience.

I travel all over the state and this is literally the worst one I go to. (Only go cause itâs on my way out to work) The wait is always incredible, the orders are often wrong. Last week there was a hair in the wrap, and this week they told me that they no longer have Splenda at this locationâŠ. You would think itâs only the drive through,,. Nope. Inside is dirty, no napkins, or extra sugars etcâŠ. This location so needs a manager to straighten it out
Just went into the gas station one at shell and got 3 chicken wraps. The kid that took/prepared my order was very unfriendly. No hello/goodbye, no eye contact, took his phone out 6 times. No name tag so can't say who it was.

Leaving as a warning to choose another Dunkin around before going to this one. Iâm sure this comes down to management and ownership completely. I have given this location a few chances because it is on the way to work and surely it canât be this bad âall the timeâ⊠but it is! The drive-through always takes forever even if there are only two cars. They are understaffed as a regular occurrence. The employees are short and rude, probably because they are understaffed. Carelessness has happened and hair has been in my ice coffee. They are out of many many things. Unless you want a regular iced coffee they probably wonât have it. If you ask for sweetener they wonât put it inâŠprobably because they donât have it. Drive the extra and choose any other Dunkin in the area. Maybe the management will get the message and improve for the customers and employees.
