Slowest and rude staff! For the past month there’s no one in pick up line or in store and it takes minimum 10 mins to get cup of coffee poured. If you question staff they get defensive. Save your money. A trained seal can do this job. I’d rather go over the bridge than deal with this place anymore and I’m a daily customer!

Horrible customer service people are waiting over 20 minutes for simple orders. Your stores location is completely wrong should be at the shell gas lot not down the road. Nasty staff. Three people for the amount of orders coming in is kind of ridiculous. Management needs to step up their game.

Two people working on a busy Saturday morning with no leadership in sight.
We ordered mobile and it took almost 40 minutes to get our order, after we had to ask where it was. It was marked as ready for pickup but hadn’t even been started.

So slow over half hour for a coffee all the customers were unhappy with the service as well. they really need help in here bad! 4 times to get one coffee made the way it was ordered and very basic order at that. 4 creams 4 sugars and was given black coffee. Had to talk her through what to do. Never will come here again if last Dunkin on earth.

Absolutely slow service, you can see about 20 of them working yet you wait 20 minutes in the drive thru. I honestly don’t know why I keep going back I just get mad each time. Currently waiting 15 minutes for a drink can’t pull out of line since they are getting a delivery, need better management to move the line.

Ive been getting machiattos for years and now they rip you off by pouring ice coffee over milk and charging you for espresso. They will attitude if you ask them if the coffee was actually made properly when you know it wasn't lol.

Every morning since I have been back in CT I stop here and give my order and the staff is friendly even understanding when the kids are being difficult picking what they want. I managed a Dunkin down south so I know how things go when people order correctly and incorrectly. Correctly is a smooth in out. Food, beverages then donuts. The first time kids being difficult I thought I was going to create chaos but the staff helped through the process! Did I mention how awesome the manager was?

No idea why i continue to go to this dunkin. Wanted to send manager an email but can't seem to on the app. My experience here is good maybe one time out of 10 and today really upset me. Only went because I had a coupon and so I present it with my card. She says sorry the coupon is for expresso I say oh my apologies I gave you the wrong one here's the ice coffee one. SHE HAD ALREADY RUN MY CARD! How is it okay to run someone's card without telling them?!? She should have told me first. I drove away and realized she didnt give or offer a receipt either. Think well maybe the coffee will make up for it. It tastes disgusting. What a way to start the weekend. Train your people better please.

Was super disappointed. Website said they close at 10pm and they said they were closed at 7pm. Awful customer service. Rude employee at window. If I could give this zero stars I would.
this is absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts store in this area stay away if you order on the app, they don’t honor the food and they give you a lame excuse that they can’t refund or give you a gift card because the manager is not present. They’re out of stock and the service takes at least 30 minutes to get through the drive-through stay away you’ll lose money and get ripped off.

stood in and waited 20 minutes for a spoiled chai tea latte and was given uncooked cold snackn bacon and when i brought it to the workers attention was told "im supposed to serve it cold" UNACCEPTABLE!! do not serve nonedible food and spoiled drinks and have 1 worker and no service!!!

Don't waste your time stopping at this Dunkin 1. if your in a hurry and 2. If you want to start your day in a good mood. Never seen anyone at this location very nice. All have attitudes 😒 very rude and could careless. Never seen a bunch of crew members not willing to work. Don't ask for anything extra because you will get the eye roll.
