Caf instead of decaf, couldn’t sleep all night. Ham instead of chicken in wrap. It’s a drive through and we rely on listening skills of employees and guess that’s not working. Very frustrating.

Staff is rude. They run out of food early in the day. Every time I get coffee it's awful. Bad experience all the way around. Corporate should take a look at the management and staff and make much needed changes. Very poorly run from top to bottom.

3/2/25 3:15 pm - nice guy was taking my order, a donut and I asked for a medium cup of ice. I hear a whisper of someone saying “no she can’t” and then the guy begins to tell me I can’t have the ice before he was cut off by a lady screaming at me about how I can’t have the ice and something something about cup sizes and corporate policy, I couldn’t even comprehend what she was yelling at me I was so shocked. I wait for her to finish whatever she’s screaming at me and then tell her there’s no need to yell at me, she tones down half a notch and “apologizes” still very loudly. I told them to never mind on the order and drove off. I’m appalled and confused on where the escalation came from. I see multiple reviews complaining about who I’m assuming is the same woman. I have never been yelled at like that by a stranger, an employee! I pray she gets fired and I pray for the nice boy who is stuck working in that building with her.

Fast service just wish they offered military and first responder discounts.
This has to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to in my life. I was there 12/29 12pm. I asked for my iced coffee to be made with five Stevia swerves Splenda and the manager told me I was only allowed to have three lol even when this is how I make my coffee and this is what I’m paying for I left and went to Starbucks Across the street and they did great I I will never go back there again. Corporate if you’re seeing this, fix your employee

Went to this Dunkin location today 12/26/24, at around 12:30pm noon and the woman at the drive thru taking the order was yelling at us and very rude. She was yelling at us that there were no wraps available, completely unnecessary. Something needs to be done.
