I've never seen a drive-thru, only Dunkin' Donuts. So this was a first. I had to drive around the building to confirm I wasn't imagining it. I was quite surprised, but I guess it makes sense. There was no line or waiting while I was there, and the service was good. Best DD in the area. Conveniently located off of rte. 2. Drive thru only makes for a quicker in and out.I place mobile orders and pick up. My orders are always correct, coffee is consistent, bagels and other bread products are appropriately toasted, appropriate amount of cream cheese, pastry’s are fresh, service is fantastic, friendly and fast!Thank you!! ?

They never have any bagels or food I want here after 1:30 pm despite how frustrating it must be to tell people all day “we’re all out.” The employees are clearly burnt out and angry about it. An employee was very rude to me the other day and seemed mad that I ordered food that they didn’t have.

Everytime I go here the staff is always friendly and they're extremely efficient. Also, their hash browns are always crispy.
How can you have no food on your menu? This place is always out of stock and their coffees are overpriced even for dunkin donuts. How they stay in business I don't even know. And the service is extremely rude when they tell you that they don't have any food and have to explain to you. You know that you're basically dumb for asking.

The girls are awesome and Beautiful, they know exactly what I want & how I want it...I go there 2/3 Times a day everyday gor two large ice coffees 1 is made the way my wife likes hers & 1 the way I like.They are hard working & very respectful with there beautiful sweet smiles

I'm givin Dunkin 3 stars all across the board cuz 3 stars is in the dead center. And here's why... now ya gotta have an open mind to understand exactly what and how I'm trying to explain this...so here we go. First off ( and this is a quick one) but in all honesty, I am definitely not a fan of their coffee. I've been saying this since I started drinking Dunkin "DONUTS" coffee but their coffee kinda sux. I find it hard to believe that America runs in Dunkin cuz their coffee at best is cheesy cup of heated up brown water. Cumbys coffee or ur local gas stations coffee is superior to Dunkin's coffee. The food is ok and the service is hit or miss. And here's the reason for only 3 stars rather than the 5 they once deserved. Dunkins problem is the same reason y college football is better to watch than the NFL. College players give it all they got cuz they are trying to reach the top. The NFL, well, there's no higher to go. The NFL is the top of that mountain so y should they push harder and harder. Won't go any higher. That's dunkins problem. They reached the top of the mountain, they are a billion dollar franchise. So the coffee is meh, the food is meh, the quality of the jelly donuts depleted, and the service is hit or miss.... and y is that ok. Cuz Dunkin reached the top. There are thousands of stores all over the world. If the service of a couple of their employees sux, so what... right. Well, that right there is y they go no further than average in my eyes. Really, the only way Id be able to rate Dunkin is simply... ? Meh
