So let’s start off I do a mobile order, I pull up in the drive three and I watch a employee throw something at the drive through screen, it breaks, I go up they give me my drink, it’s good, but then the employee tha broke the screen said we have no donuts, and gave me 1 stale munchkin in exchange, awful experience

This dunkin is too overwhelmed. Mobile ordering, kiosks, counter service, and drive thru is too much for this location. I waited 45 minutes for a mobile order because they were so slammed. Bagel wasn’t really toasted and the coffee was burnt. I wouldn’t recommend this dunkin to anyone. Everyone was running around trying to fulfill orders except one older gentleman in a green sweatshirt that was standing around, distracting his coworkers. It was very frustrating to watch with 10 other people waiting for their food, even his coworkers were irritated with his laziness. The older women working the drive thru told him to stay away from her because she couldn’t maneuver around him most of the time. I don’t know who runs this dunkin but it’s obvious they aren’t running it very well after this experience.

One of the old ladies that works at this Dunkin is always so grumpy. I would not recommend. Don’t like having food thrown at me.

I’ve been a long time customer here. Use to go everyday until they started butchering my order daily. Lg ice coffee and a bagel. Bagel is rarely toasted. I stopped going for a while. Tried again today thinking it would be different and I was wrong. SHOCKER! Again got an ice coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Got home to eat it and there is essentially zero cream cheese on the bagel. Drove back. The young lady at the counter immediately said what’s wrong as I stood in line. Which to me means this is a common problem. She was nice enough. Gave me a refund zero questions even she agreeed that it was wrong. I then spoke to the manager. Younger Hispanic man with glasses. He was also great. He looked at my order and he listened to my issue. He genuinely seemed like he cared which is a step in the right direction. He offered me a new one. I declined. Meanwhile the guy that makes the bagels just death stared me like how dare I complain about a wrong order. He’s the guys with the neck tattoos and face tattoos. I try not to bash restaurants bc I ran one for 12 years and it can be very hard
Basically the manga was great and the majority of the staff suck. Management cares but not the employees. Not worth 15$ an hr

Went there on Saturday At the drive thru watching a customer yelling at the worker for like 5 mins. The second car had some issues. And when we got there they got our order wrong twice and when she fixed it she state she made a fresh pot of coffee as we pulled away the coffee tasted burnt ……. And we knew why the customers were mad . Never will go there ago again

T and K were amazing at this location! Their customer service was on point! Even though they were very busy and multitasking they still took time with me. They were very courteous and pleasant. I will be back! 10/10 would recommend!

Worst Dunkin ever! Really dirty, ants crawling on boxes and I'll refrain from describing the restroom. The employees are rude and dont care. Waited 30 minutes for 2 of our three drinks. When I asked about them as people way behind us were being served their drinks, I was given attitude. Now granted maybe its because one of them was on her cellphone. And when I asked about the two donuts on our order they were out of them at that point and once again given massive attitude.

Dude at the counter was weird. Came in for a caramel iced coffee and he put mocha and caramel. I asked him if he could re do it and he said yes but the second time he put sugar and caramel and it was like drinking sugar in a cup. Disgusting and disappointed. This was a weird Dunkin. Thankfully I’m not from here!

The male manager talked to his crew member like dirt and talked to me like I was stupid… didn’t know the order for the uber and talked to me like I was a bother to him for picking up the order… he should not work in customer service!

Drive through is always packed and if you decide to go inside, they only have 2 computers for you to order at. Plenty of people in the back but no one at the cash register to take orders so you have to use the computers, which wouldn't be so bad if it didn't take 5 minutes for people to figure out how to use them. One of the computers is next to the door so if a line forms it gets really crowded by the door. I learned my lesson to never bother stopping at this location after wasting 10 minutes inside and being unable to order.

I literally just came inside and ordered a bagel toasted with cream cheese to go. The bagel is stale, hardly toasted, and the majority of the cream cheese was on the outside of the package and hardly any on the goddamn bagel. Places like this give the entire chain a bad name. The place isn’t busy at all so there’s no reason why it had to be done in such haste. Honestly they deserve one star cuz it absolutely sucks.
