Poor service and food quality. My son egg was not fully cooked. I first ordered a matcha latte with oat milk. The matcha tasted like syrup and very pale in color. I spoke with the cashier about the taste and wanting a refund. She stated she can't refund since the manager wasn't there but she can make something else. I order the butter pecan latte. This one taste like pure coffee, no sweetness whatsoever. My son coffee is also bland and strong with no sugar or cream added. This location is 30 minutes from my house, as I was going to my son's dentist appointment in town. The phone number on the site is incorrect and has a weird message but doesn't ring. Worst Dunkin ever!!!
The owner followed up on the complaint. She was suppose to provide a refund. She said it was done on March 9th but I have not received anything yet. Terrible communication, I have to repeatedly email and only sometimes I'll get a response.

How hard is it to understand "Id like a bagle with bacon and cheese.... no egg.... verified no egg twice" usually I end up with bacon egg and cheese because they can't seem to understand no egg. This time I get bacon and egg with no cheese. This happens repeatedly at manu Dunkin Donuts. What us minimum wage now? Like 18$ per hour. Yes some people are not worth 18$ per hour.

Very rude staff sat inside for over 30 minutes to get my mobile order that was already completed when I walked in and was sitting there for 30 minutes. When me and multiple other customers asked them to give me my order they ignored us and the blonde girl didn’t say anything to us but walked away from us. Plus on top of that they wouldn’t issue me a refund since they didn’t have multiple items that I ordered.

This was actually the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever experienced and I'm 40 years old. Ben was very in experienced, nonchalant, and very messy. When I walked in I was not greeted 2 guys were working Ben being 1. A new guy was also working in experienced with the drinks also. I ordered a beverage from the menu and they both didn't know how to make it. It's the only drink I order and never had a problem. It was not right they made it wrong 2 times and told me I was wrong. Never had a problem before. Worst customer service, store was not clean, and won't be returning 😒

Ordered a large iced cappuccino. It was completely filled with crushed ice so that there was approximately 6 oz of coffee in it. When you call the number listed it just hangs up on you.

Lady in the drive through that took my card looked pissed off didn't say a word to me gave me my order, iced coffee wasn't mixed at all.
Upon checking my bag halfway through my drive home I received a cream cheese bagel instead of the two Boston cream donuts I ordered. Horrible service and couldn't fulfill the simplest of orders. Won't be going back

This location is having issues. Constantly out of various items on menu. The manager has been good, but staff can be rude and customer service is nil. Its a convenient location but not worth the aggravation.

Stopped for bagels and they were not fresh. Had to have been at least a day old, if not older. For those that could be cut through, were dry inside. At least the animals enjoyed them. Will not be returning.
Arrived here out of town to get a cup of coffee when inside instead of going to the drive-thru and was standing there for quite some time before anybody even acknowledge that I was standing there then I had to wait for somebody to log into the cash register and what should have been unlocked anyways and then ask me what I wanted I could barely hear his question then he had the Brew the car for the cuz there was no coffee brewed so basically I was standing there for 15 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee when I gave the man the money he closed the register and I said where's my change and he said oh yeah I would not recommend to Dunkin' Donuts to anybody this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts in the country

Ordered a mobile order for an iced coffee and lightly toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. Showed up 12+ minutes after my order was placed, assuming it’d be done by then. Waited by the mobile order counter for 10 mins when the workers clearly saw me waiting and were talking about one of their fellow coworkers including swear words loud enough for the entire place to hear. One of the girls made eye contact with me and placed an order that looked like mine about 5 feet away from the mobile order counter, so I patiently waited to see if anyone would move it over as it sat there getting cold. 8 mins went by and nothing. In the midst of the managers yelling “f this, f that” I asked them if they had a mobile order. Sure enough it was the one sitting there for 8 mins. All I got was a “oh looks like someone just didn’t move it over to the mobile order section.” My “lightly toasted” bagel was burnt and cold, and my coffee was watered down. But shouldn’t really expect top tier service from a Dunkin anyway.
