We all had pulled pork sandwich and they were great!! The only reason I didn’t give food five stars is the side we had was the bacon Mac n cheese. It didn’t have much flavor we had to add salt and poured oil from the bowl. I also liked the self serve bbq sauce options! Service was outstanding! From the time we walked in and were warmly greeted and explained the menu to the food being delivered to the table! The restaurant itself is cute and there is an outside patio!

We love having a good BBQ place so close to home! Every time we come here the food and service are top notch. Best pulled pork and ribs in CT, and the banana pudding is to die for. Normally I'm not a potato salad fan, but theirs is really good!
Stopped here on a Saturday adventure. Everyone was super welcoming. It smelled heavenly as soon as you got to the outdoor patio. We ordered a burnt ends sandwich, brisket, potato salad, coleslaw and the bacon Mac. Everything was delicious. We will definitely be back when in the area.

Last 3 times I ordered take out what was supposed to be a 30 minute wait time turned into OVER an hour long ordeal, it’s literally quicker for me to drive all the way out to Meriden for Taino or Wallingford to get some Pig Rig. Never again! 🍖

This place is the real deal! Brisket was melt in your mouth delicious! Pulled pork and chicken both amazing. Maple Bourbon BBQ sauce 🤤
Dill potato salad 🤤 Heavenly Bacon Mac’n’cheese, Crispy tangy Cole slaw! Maple butter Corn Bread! Everything was PERFECT! Washed down with Hosmer Mountain Ginger and Birch Beer. Finished with the most incredible and delectable desserts Banana Pudding and a twist on Apple Pie which did not disappoint!! Fast courteous service. Thank, and we will be back!
Visited in 7/2/25. Very disappointing for the price. Not at all what is expected of barbecue. When you think of barbecue the word “tender” should come to mind. None of this was tender. The ribs were anything but. Chewy and fatty, not close to fall off the bone. The Mac and cheese was absolutely disgraceful. You could tell it was reheated and the mixture separated. Barely warm and covered in oil and half melted cheese. Overall the experience was overrated, and overpriced. I gave the establishment 3 stars because the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very nice. Lovely outside seating. The inside is very nice as well.

Absolutely delicious BBQ! The food was flavorful and cooked to perfection. Catering service was prompt, friendly, and incredibly accommodating to our needs. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone craving great BBQ and top-notch hospitality!

I ate off their food truck at a brewery and had to check out their brick and mortar. I am usually not happy with BBQ spots. You can't just put sauce on meat and call it BBQ and this place gets it, the food is real BBQ. If you want real BBQ put this place on your list. Definitely a hidden gem. Has outdoor seating.
