I hate to give this place such a low review but the way we were treated by Beth the “acting manager” is unacceptable. Most baristas there are great but Beth needs to go!! My husband and I have been going to this store for 11 years pretty much every day, sometimes twice a day. There is a known issue with not getting a full cup of coffee when I get a venti. They were doing well with the issue but recently it started again. I call to make them aware of it and initially the concern was rectified but then Beth got on the phone and felt the need to tell me what I needed to do to make sure our coffees were made right. She was condescending, pretty much said I was not telling the truth and all she was focused on was getting her point across. Just 2 weeks ago someone else gave a bad review here about the same issue!! The most offensive thing she told us is that we can always go elsewhere if we were not happy. A manager’s job is to
de-escalate a situation not make it worse. The DM Melissa tried her best to help us but we do not feel welcomed there anymore. Beth should not be in that position, she is very unprofessional and needs to learn customer service skills.

Order the same drink at all stores. I don't know why i keep giving this place second chances. Rarely get the same drink twice even though ordering same thing every time. And the new spin is to give you a medium coffee in a large cup even though you ordered and paid for large. Also managed to forget the whipped cream. Always fully staffed but extremely slow (15+ minutes at the drive thru). Incompetent..inefficient..and oblivious just about says it all.

I understand mistakes are made, but this one truly rankles. The cashier gave me a small coffee instead of a large (i paid for the large) and to add insult to injury forgot to scan my phone for points when she was told. Your food and drink are overpriced and she just pursed her lips and then mouthed an apology. Im not returning.

Waited inside store with 2 others for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. Employees were robotic and unaware of inside customers while they catered to drive up and pre-orders. I have been a Starbucks customer for 27 years. Disappointed!
