Very pleasant, honest, personable servers. Spacious enough interior with a well designed seating layout.Delicious ice creams.I hope they continue to curate and improve their menu and maintain the establishment.

I was completely taken by surprise, but how delicious the food is how friendly the staff is and how comfortable the atmosphere is. They have a large selection of Panini‘s and sandwiches along with coffee, and they even have ice cream and smoothies! I just moved in Colchester and I happen to see this place in the corner of my eye. Now I’m going all the time I love it lol.

Cute place but the chicken for the sandwiches is just microwaved frozen chicken pieces without any seasoning. Disappointed but I’d give them another try and just order normal deli meat on my sandwich.

One of only a handful of eateries with really good coffee. There are many decent breakfast joints but the coffee is always like brown water. This place has delicious breakfast wraps and excellent self serve coffee.

Took my young grandsons out to breakfast. Asked for 1 toast an 3 eggs to share. Extra plate and silverware. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with mushrooms. Spinach, and cheese. Also for cups with tops for little ones. I had got these the week before. Asked also side order for potatoes which last week I was told they ran out. A rude girl told me they dont give out sippy cups anymore " they are too exoensice" Also said they no long longer are buy potatoe paddies. Once seated, A waitress delivered toast and plate of eggs. I had to have her go back 2x. One for an extra plate abd another for silverware. I asked for jelly for kids and was told it costs" extra". Got my sandwich with olives, pepoers, musrooms snd eggs. Two items I bever ordered. Very disappointed today .

Stopped by for lunch. Solid, quality entrees made fresh. Good, responsive service.

Pannini was good. But a Bistro should serve better choices of types of coffee. Many flavors in Carafes is not Bistro to me.

We ordered a 2 egg and cheese sandwich on an English muffin, which was absolutely delicious! Service was fast, and the staff were all super nice. We also got iced coffee, which was yummy as well. Highly recommend this place

New to area and only been there twice before 7/29. Ordered club wrap to go. First they gave my wrap for eating in. Not a problem. Get home and sandwich is a chicken ceasar. How do you screw that up?One is Turkey and other chicken. Couldn't call to complain as it was after 2pm.

EDIT: In response to the owner's response, I called after I had left. When my friend and I arrived at the business at 2:44 p.m., we were asked if we were picking up an order. When we said no, they replied that they were no longer taking orders. After I left, my friend had the bright idea to call in an order to be picked up. That would be the call that you see on your caller ID. When I called, it was 256 p.m., and the girl who answered the phone informed me that they closed in 2 minutes. I asked her if they closed at 2:58 p.m., and she was confused. I hung up, and I will not be back. All I wanted was a bagel, and from now on I'll just go somewhere else who will stick to their posted business hours, and not have a problem taking the 34 seconds that it takes to hand a bagel from one person to anotherI actually love the food here, but my last experience absolutely sucked. Showed up at 2:44 PM (they close at 3) for a quick bagel and was told they weren't taking any more orders. I own a restaurant, and we accept orders until the very last minute before we close, because we pride ourselves on being there for our hungry customers (we close late at night, mind you). Guess Tim's Bistro can't say the same.
