Twisted Dog yoga is a wonderful studio. I took Maureen's class Friday am at 9. Maureen is a wonderful teacher. She takes time to help each person at every level. She clearly explains the objective and makes yoga approachable. I thoroughly enjoy yoga class with Maureen!
Twisted dog yoga is hands down my favorite studio. From the amazing atmosphere, kind and incredible teachers and a schedule that works for mine every day of the week. Can't say enough good things about this place!
Learning from all the great instructors and getting stronger with each practice. Brand new to Yoga too, but attending class 5 days a week since mid January and it just keeps getting better!!
