The staff are friendly, but gave me a raw burger I returned. I had ordered a Jr. Bacon burger and did not even get 1/4 teaspoon if bacon and Wendy's are making them tinier so they are am appetizer.

I typically use the drive-thru. Unfortunately, there are usually teens working the window who don't greet the customers. They often talk amongst themselves and use foul language while the window is open. My order has been inaccurate several times as well.

Ordered food thru door dash, wanted taco salad didn’t get it no chili no baked potato with sour cream and chives I got fries which I don’t eat, this sucks the whole crew sucks they don’t have any pride in their menial little job, shame on the manager obviously he/she is not doing his job, they should just close permanently

Avoid this Wendy's! Ordered dinner for my family, my wife's food was cold and I was told they didn't have the drink or toy for my daughter's kids meal. They did replace her drink, but what's the point of getting a kids meal with no toy?! And when I asked about it, I got attitude as a response. Don't go here unless you want disappointed children and sassy customer service!

This is my third time this winter to visit the Colchester location. All three times the dining room has been very cold. That comes from a person who keeps his home between 62 and 65° normally for comfort. Just to give you the impression that I feel we need to add some heat to the dining room if I'm going to visit it again. Doesn't seem fair to customers to be sitting in the cold eating their food.

Terrible. Nothing was right and everything smashed down like it was stepped on. They can’t follow simple instructions. No receipt given. No straw given. No napkins given. Only thing I got was an attitude. A bunch of punks running the place with no supervision it seems. Bunch of bummy looking kids that for some odd reason think they are too good to serve food and too good for manners. I don’t know who lied to you about the five stars but we all know the negative reviews are the only ones you can usually trust. Maybe I got the b team but that’s 3 times now and never again.

Usually my previous experiences here have been somewhat decent. But tonight was DIFFERENT. A worker named Adam was amazing. Quick service, food prepped to perfection, and over all an amazing interaction. This man deserve a raise and was very kind. WE LOVE YOU ADAM!!!!
