Terrible ice cream quality. The staff appears to always keep freezer open resulting in soupy ice cream. I’m not sure how they even get away with selling it. What a waste!

It took 15 minutes to make two milkshakes, and then the result was the consistency of water. We asked very politely to make it a little thicker, but were met with lousy and selfish attitudes. After another five minutes, they asked if we wanted our money back or to wait longer, they had a lousy attitude and hadn't even started the process again. they were all just chatting away. So, we asked for our money back. And when they paid us back, they didn't care to pay us back the full amount. They payed us five of the fifteen that was owed. Overall, horrible service and lazy staff.

I got a small cup of pralines and cream for myself and it was creamy and delicious and a very generous scoop. The staff works hard. Be nice and find a better use of your time than moaning about ice cream on Yelp. The hourly wage here is less than what a sundae costs. Maybe think about that hardship instead.

The ice cream is fine, but unfortunately the employees do not speak or understand English. I struggled pointing to what i wanted and still had multiple orders incorrect for my children and myself. I was overcharged and could not correct it due to the language barrier. Out of frustration i just paid it.

Our BR store closed in my Pittsburgh neigbourhood years ago , so when my son moved to Greenwich , we are happy to visit BR at Greenwich for all our favorite ice cream Our grandkids love the store , as the servers are all very friendly and know them by names. Dunking Donut share this store location .
