I'm updating this to say that this place has been consistently delicious. Fresh, clean food at a great value. The flavor profiles are endless. I always really enjoy this place. The ingredient options are quite ample and portions are, too. Jessica was super friendly and helped me make me very happy bowl of deliciousness. Super friendly owner and staff.

My new favorite place ever since moving to this part of town! The poke bowls are delicious and the fish tastes super fresh. It's reasonably priced given how expensive this type of food can be. I always get the ahi tuna and spicy tuna in a bowl and of course some pineapple dole whip!

This was my first time going to Island Fin Poke and it was such an amazing experience! The owner Jaime was so friendly and sweet during the entire order! I had a sudden craving for poke since my last trip to Hawaii but I never found the right place to order from here in CT. If you want authentic amazing tasting poke definitely visit them! It was the perfect combo of flavors, textures and the best spicy chili oil ! He even let me taste their delicious dole whip!! 100% recommend!

I visited Greenwich Island Fin Poke for the first time today and from the moment I stepped into the restaurant to the moment I left, each touch point of the experience was outstanding. The owner and his colleague were friendly, welcomed us, explained things and gave us many options to prepare our bowls. The food looked appetizing and fresh, everything was clean, and as the process was moving along, the owner was chatting with us explaining the different foods and condiments. Even during the checkout, he was friendly and made us feel like we were the only guests that he was going to see today. He suggested we take the best table in the house and during the meal checked in on us and at the end mentioned that his colleague was going to clear the table. It felt as if I was in a five star restaurant. Oh, and the food was generous and delicious!

One of the best poke bowls I have EVER had. Everything was so fresh and there are many options to choose from. Not only was the bowl absolutely delicious, but I was overwhelmed with everything and the guy at the counter helped me choose what to get and explained what everything was. So nice! Then Jamie the owner came out and was absolutely lovely! He gave me a paper to join the rewards program and delivery. His energy was incredible and he was so nice! THEN as I’m eating, Jamie brings me over a little cup of dole while to try. I mean this experience was 10000/10. WILL BE BACK! Give this place a try, you won’t regret it.
