Placed a pick up order at 8am for 3 toasted bagel sandwiches and a tuna melt. Supposed to be ready at 830. When we got there they hadn’t even started the order and we didn’t end up with our food until 9am. What’s the point of ordering ahead when they don’t start it until you get there?
Every person who arrived and ordered while I was waiting for their food in 5 minutes.
When I asked about the order time, the VERY rude guy behind the counter asked me what he wanted me to do about it and told me I shouldn’t have ordered ahead. We also had tipped 10% on a take out order and no apology, nothing for the wait.
Oh and they also made the tuna melt wrong - they gave us untoasted white bread. And none of the bagels were toasted
It’s unfortunate the guy behind the counter is so rude, the bagels are actually pretty good.

Ordered simple single breakfast sandwich. Placed the order for take out, got the confirmation code at 8:30, arrived to pick up order 43 minutes after order placed. Still currently waiting.
Finally got sandwich at 9:14.

Unfortunately, this experience was quite disappointing. I ordered through Uber Eats, and the estimated wait time was around 15 minutes, but I ended up waiting over 40 minutes. I got a bagel with lox cream cheese, but it was mostly just cream cheese with barely any lox.

first & last time ill be here. placed an order Tuesday for pick up 11 am Sunday ( 12 bagels plain nothing on them ) arrived at 1055. they told me i had to wait in the other line. i saw my name on the list of orders. i waiting patiently as uber eats drivers were coming in and out crazy fast. 1115 i checked in agian. lady rudely told me you have to wait. agian patiently i stood there watching drivers come in and out. at 1130 i asked agian ( 30 mins past pick up time ) i was told you need to relax and wait. i gave them another 15 mins and asked if my order would be ready or shall i go else where. the lady looked at me & laughed. at that point i took my business else where. never agian.

Can’t rate the food anything because we walked out after waiting 35 minutes for 12 unprepared bagels- that’s it. They also seem to keep courier drivers waiting over a half an hour for a customers order. Save your time and your money- go to Upper Crust Bagels
