Lenny’s bagels is terrible. I went to pick up a bagel order and the order was completely wrong. Called the store and they knew they gave me the wrong bagel. Never going here again

I ordered a sesame bagel with scallion cream cheese and lox. I asked to make sure they use scallion cream cheese since 2 times before they disregard the request. I was very badly surprised to notice that he took out a bunch of scallion, old and dirty , did not even removed the elastic and started chopping it. I told him that he needs to wash the scallion first and he looked surprised. Another man come and he said he washed before. I would have prefer an apology and correction, not a cover up lie. I assume they never heard of E. Coli!!!! The bagels are good but watch out for unwashed vegetables!!!

Literally the worst service ever. I’ve visited this place numerous times over the past 12 months and order ahead because they are so slow. But ordering ahead actually doesn’t change anything. Consistently waiting 45 mins to an hour for a BEC. This is the last time I’ll be ordering from here again.

Best Bagels!, really nice friendly service. That was my comment three years ago. Today I was in the area and a friend and co-worker was having a birthday so I purchased 2 dozen bagels. One dozen assorted for work, family, and one dozen For Home (along with some other things) Lenny's gives you 6 Free with every Dozen (18 Bagels) for the price of 12. However, when I returned home I only received 12 bagels (no free ones in that dozen). So I called the person who answered the phone and started to do the correct thing. (Take My Name and Info so when I returned again I would receive my 6 Free Bagels I didn't get (sounds good ?) Until the person who served me said No! I didn't. Charge her so there for No problem Our Policy: 6 Free Bagels with the Purchase of a Dozen Thus I should have received 6 more Bagels ?????? I saw your problem ( I asked for Cinnamon Raisin & the other fruit flavors) & you ran out ! Instead of sorry We are out of those flavors, what else can I get for you instead? You just left out the free Bagels ?????? hay I didn't charge you for them!!!! No because they are included with My Purchase And I shouldn't have to check My order to see if you Gave Me what I asked for and I am Me not other Customers who may not want those 6 Free Bagels ?????? for Her Husband since He loves them! And are going to be a way and do the cooking ( He has mastered toasting!) So yes I want My 6 Free Bagels ? ? ? ? ? ?
