So I order “the chicken cutlet sandwich”. I MEANT #17 comes with bacon, LT, and I asked for it with mayo on a wedge. I got 2 chicken cutlets with mayo. Saddest sandwich I’ve ever seen and my only food for the day. 1/5. The guy answering the phone was also in a rush, hung up on me twice. While I understand this is technically correct, you gotta get a new guy to answer the phone….you charged me $13.

I’ve been going to Rinaldi’s since I was in Junior High School when Mr and Mrs Rinaldi were there and the place hasn’t lost its character and great food. Having Steve Vizzo at the helm is the BEST!! Now my daughters go there all the time. ???

Was that just the best Reuben that I've ever had in my life? I don't think I remember one as good. I haven't put my finger on whether it was the dressing the sauerkraut or the meat, but it was unbelievably delectable ..I will travel out of my way to come here!
