I love this place! Their wraps & smoothies are so good; however, I will say that their grilled chicken is not good/inedible. But nonetheless, this is one of my favorite lunch spots.

My absolute favorite. Ever since Ada's closed (please bring it back) Roost Cos Cob is my go-to location. The BEC and grilled chicken sandwiches are staples in my diet! The coffee is also excellent. Very glad to now live within walking distance again!
