I love this place! Their wraps & smoothies are so good; however, I will say that their grilled chicken is not good/inedible. But nonetheless, this is one of my favorite lunch spots.

My absolute favorite. Ever since Ada's closed (please bring it back) Roost Cos Cob is my go-to location. The BEC and grilled chicken sandwiches are staples in my diet! The coffee is also excellent. Very glad to now live within walking distance again!

Very friendly, quick service. Employees had smiles on their faces and seemed to be genuinely enjoying being there. The salad was so fresh and savory, and the sandwiches were flavorful and filling. Will definitely stop here again next time I visit!
