sounds like ur customer service isn't as good as you think it is because I'm not your upset Dunkin person. But I did have a very negative and rude conversation with one of your employees. I recommend further customer service training.

They have flood lights and light my house up every morning at 5 am. Owner said he would fix the light that was back in May. Has done nothing. On again such a nasty owner, I guess it's time to get corporate involved and the cops as this is against the law and 3 months to fix it has been plenty of time especially when Bill said it was against the law (light trespass). Also said corporate didn't want the light. Such a nasty business owner. Not sure why he refuses to call his electrician other than he's broke or likes to be mean. Enough

Too many times to count where I've gotten expired snacks or expired soda from their vending machines at my work. Not to mention half the times the card scanner does not work and I have to use a different snack machine in a different building at my work. Gave me the incentive to start buying my own snacks in bulk and save money.
