Thai food had little to no flavor. Several menu items were unavailable. Server knew little about how food was prepared.

This is my new favorite restaurant. The crab rangoons are the realest I’ve ever tasted and the shrimp pad Thai was amazing! 🥰

Fantastic pad thai! The other dishes we ordered lacked a bit of flavor at first but the hot sauces/seasoning sauces they provided made both dishes great. Good service as well

First time trying this place out and was very impressed!! The servers (so sorry I didn’t catch your names) were attentive and so nice! The food was excellent! My table had a little bit of everything and it was all delicious! My curry was perfect 👌🏼 10/10 would recommend.

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your restaurant. While the interior was clean and well-maintained, our dining experience was disappointing.
We chose your restaurant based on its 4.7-star rating, but the food did not meet our expectations. Although the appetizers were enjoyable, the main courses were not. The Shrimp Pad Thai was very bland, and the other meal we ordered was so overwhelmingly spicy that it was inedible.
I specifically chose a dish that did not have a chili icon on the menu, as I cannot handle spicy food. Despite asking the server about the preparation, I was not cautioned about the heat level. Furthermore, our main courses took over 30 minutes to arrive, and we noticed other guests also experiencing significant delays with their orders.
We were looking forward to trying your food, but unfortunately, the meal was very disappointing.

My family was very excited to try this restaurant and it did not dissapoint! Being local I’m disappointed we took so long to try it! The server was very friendly and welcoming. The beef patty’s were the best I’ve had. The presentation on the kids dishes (dumplings and sushi) were almost too cute to eat! We will be repeat customers— it was hard to make decisions on the food with so many delicious options. I can’t wait to order again!

The Emerald Buddha is a great addition to downtown Danielson! The food is outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant and the staff, having taken friends and family on multiple occasions. Truly a hidden gem in the Quiet Corner.
Food made with heart! I can't wait for my next visit, I love introducing my friends to this gem of a restaurant.

**My Honest Review**
When I read the reviews, I thought this restaurant would be great — but it feels like I went on the chef’s bad day.
We ordered three meals on a Thursday night. I ordered oxtail soup with fufu and egusi with fufu to go. My husband ordered red curry with sticky rice, and we got a papaya salad to share.
The papaya salad was okay, except for the two pork ribs, which were very undercooked — they still had blood in the middle. The oxtail soup had some pieces of meat that were so tough I could barely chew them, and some that were tender but had no flavor. The soup overall lacked seasoning.
My husband’s red curry came out looking yellowish, but he still ate it. Unfortunately, it had no flavor at all — really bland. I had my egusi soup with fufu the next day for brunch, and it was equally disappointing — very watery and lacking taste.
Honestly, I was very disappointed with the food. The service, however, was very good — the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’d love to say I’ll go back to support a local business (especially since we drove 40 minutes to get there), but I probably won’t be returning anytime soon unless I hear that things have improved.
Sorry for the long review, but I truly hope they do better.
Got some takeout! Seafood Pho! Great choice!
