OMG! I waited 6 months for this! and once’s again they didn’t disappoint! I would be happy to have any of their Smoked BBQ as my last meal if I was in prison or a conjugal visit if you no what I mean
First time here and the brisket was the best I’ve had!!! I will definitely be back don’t forget to try the cowboy beans!!!
Food was phenomenal.. pulled pork brisket and the burnt ends! 10-10
Tried for the first time today. Food was fantastic, we especially loved the brisket.

We were celebrating our anniversary and chose this spot blindly. Turns out this spot is one of the best smokehouses I have ever been to. Their meat is so juicy, tender, and flavorful and definitely worth the price. We didn’t wait as long as we expected and either way I would not have been disappointed is we had to wait longer. I would recommend

Went to celebrate our 2 year anniversary with a friend and decided to come here after a great day. This is a phenomenal smokehouse. We were greeted by a kind gentleman and he directed us to the menu and was very patient with us in making decisions. Also very funny man. The restaurant says good things take time and they were quicker than I thought. Food was made fresh and came out hot and was absolutely delicious. Don’t be afraid to get your hands dirty while eating their amazing pork belly cinnamon roll or their Filthy Bastard Sandwich. Absolutely earned 5 stars tonight!

Was visiting the area for a few days and found this absolute gem. The brisket and burnt ends are to die for, let alone the cool aesthetic. Worth a visit for any foodie.
For a random bbq joint in the middle of nowhere CT, it’s solid. For bbq overall, it’s strictly medium rate.
Food: We had the brisket, brisket MAC (Sandwich), and the Apple Butter Pepper Burnt Ends. Portions for the brisket and ABPBEs were small… especially considering they were $16 each.
•The Brisket was good, but a tad on the dry side and it could have had some more prominent flavor.
•The Burnt Ends were really good… probably some of the best burnt ends I’ve had in a long time. It’s unfortunate you don’t get more for what you pay for.
•The Brisket Mac was overall good. One thing I did notice is the brisket completely overshadowed the Mac… Like by itself, the Mac was great, but when mixed w/the brisket on a sandwich, I could barely taste the Mac… they also used penne pasta for the Mac which, (ftr I have no issues with), makes for an interesting choice for bbq mac. The Brisket Mac was $18 if I recall, which is funny considering I got a decent bit more brisket on my BM than the actual brisket option… So I’m a tad confused on how they are coming up with the prices… cause if the brisket alone is anything to go by the brisket Mac sandwich should have been $24 ish.
•Overall for food, the Burnt Ends were BY FAR the best thing there and I would 100% recommend getting it at least once.
•Side note: we got to it early in their open hours and they were already out of pulled pork… don’t know if it’s super popular or they just didn’t buy enough pork… either way it was a bit disappointing.
Service: Not much to say here… the guy that took our orders seemed distant, not friendly (although not hostile by any means)… but overly just passive aggressive for lack of a better description. He did laugh at a joke I made so I’ll give him that.
Atmosphere: Service aside, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a budget swamp yankee bbq joint. Personally, I like this vibe so I give it high marks. They have charred doors as the tables, and a trailer to order out of…. Makes for an interesting experience.
Overall 3/5 stars

First visit didn’t disappoint w brisket Mac n cheese ?
I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this place, and I love some good BBQ so I had to try it! I had the ribs and cornbread, and it was amazing. The ribs were so tender and the rub was perfect. The cornbread was so yummy! Staff was friendly, and I loved how low key it was. I'll definitely be back. This is how BBQ should be. 10/10.

Food taste is amazing!!! Smallish place with outdoor seating. Ideal for good weather or takeaway. Large selection of menu items and everything is so good. Well cooked, friendly staff. Highly recommended!
