I've never seen a restaurant so rough on someone's debit card b4... my fiance got his custom Cash card back and a chunk was broken off the card... he had to pay a fee to order another since it was a custom signed and decorated card.. next time Guess I'll order ?..

At 4:54 p.m. today I called to order 2 pizzas for pickup. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a large white pizza with broccoli and roasted garlic but the girl on the phone didn't understood what I wanted. I repeated it a few times and she said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When my husband went to pick it up at 5:30 they said it wasn't ready because I called at 5:24. I called and spoke to someone who said the girl didn't understand what I wanted so she never put in the order. My husband waited for another to be ready but it came out wrong anyway. He wasn't even offered a discount for the inconvenience.

I’m very pleased/satisfied with the service my family received last week at Bertucci’s. My brother had his reception there and ended up also having his ceremony there due to the rain. From start to finish, all of the food was very delicious, no one had any complaints. Only slight criticism is that although the wait staff were very kind and attentive, there were a couple of times where we had to get their attention or find one if we needed something. Special Thanks to Petula, she answered every question we had and was very professional at all times with us.

On 4/22/22, my wife and I went to Bertucci’s in Darien for dinner. The happy hour drink and food menu was very nice. The whole experience was enhanced by the wonderful service and friendly demeanor of Valerie. Although she wore many hats and performed many duties while we there, she never lost her pleasant efficiency. We plan on returning and hope that Valerie is on duty when we do so.

Last night, I visited this Bertucci’s location to try Food Network star Christian Petroni’s new limited-time menu! Everything we had was great, but my personal favorite was definitely the rigatoni alla vodka. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the sauces were flavorful. The pizzas were soft and doughy, and a good size for one person. I really liked the open-kitchen concept of this Bertucci’s, and found it to be very clean and modern. I hope to visit again while the limited-time menu is still in place since I enjoyed it so much!

Bertucci's has potential but it seems the staffing shortage is really affecting this location and they need help . We took our 3 and 6 year old out for an early dinner at 5:15. We ordered right away but food did not show up until almost 6:00... my hangry kids could not wait that long. We scarfed our food down and my husband waited in the car with our 3 year old while I waited another 30 minutes to get the attention of a manager to pay our bill and pack up the food. The restaurant was empty at 5:15...there is no reason we should have been there for an hour and a half and taken 45 minutes for them to bring out spaghetti and meatballs for little children. By the time we left at 6:45 the place was packed - if they couldn't handle the few tables as 5 I have no idea why they were filling the restaurant. The food was good and the staff was very nice but unfortunately this was a big miss for us.

My family and I went to the Darien Bertuccis today and Valerie waited on us. She was obviously busy but she was always on top of things and didn’t forget about us. She was very kind and professional. This was our first time eating at this location and it was very pleasant. We’ll definitely be returning. Valerie was great!

I took my Aunt and Mother out for lunch today to the Bertuccis Darien, CT location. Valerie was wonderful, attentive, patient and very helpful. We enjoyed her expertise in helping us order our meal and on top of that she was very interpersonal!! The value she adds to this establishment is superb. We have visited this Bertucci Restaurant three times in the last month and have experienced a warm welcome each time, the staff and food is excellent. Today we notice the manager was behind the counter making pizzas as well as greeting guest. Valerie our waitress is quickand got our food to the table fresh out the ovenNo waiting. We recommend this location for a nice dinner or a quick lunch break. 5 stars
