Chicken is high quality and delicious. They are clearly using fresh ingredients and oil. I think their house sauce is the best fast food sauce I've ever had. Spice levels are not for the weak though, they are as spicy as Nashville hot chicken if you've ever had that. Lastly, the service was very friendly and accommodating. 5/5

BIRDCODE is definitely one of the elevated chicken places in the area. It is a cut above the Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, KFC level. Each order is made fresh, and their heat levels are on point. If you are here and considering the milkshake - just do it, you won’t regret it. It’s a vibe being here. Good music, open seating, a true experience. We did wait for a bit, but the food was made fresh and the staff were incredibly polite.

I really enjoy the food here generally, but I've encountered some troubling issues. On two separate occasions, I’ve found foreign objects in my meals—first, a strand of hair, and more recently, a small piece of torn paper IN my sandwich. Who knows how much I ate before I noticed. I'm genuinely frustrated that no one has responded to my initial complaint about the hair, despite reaching out. I’ve never experienced such repeated problems at other restaurants. This situation makes me question the cleanliness and quality standards here. Additionally, the lack of response from management or staff after I’ve tried to follow up indicates a concerning disregard for customer feedback.

I had a pleasant conversation with the manager, Gealen, as he made his way around the dinning area attending to the patrons.
The delicious food, the pleasant customer service and the clean environment is why I will be a regular at Birdcode for the foreseeable future.
Saw on Tic toc the other day decided to make a trip out here and try they chicken offered. They must say great price, great service, fast, and delicious food must say worth the ride big plus my wife loved it ? ? ? ?

Was doing a DoorDash order at birdcode today and thought I would finally try bird code after all of the times I told myself I would and I got some chicken. After I tried the chicken I was absolutely amazed how good it was it’s pretty spicy but it was delicious highly recommend BirdCode to anyone looking to get food. The staff were awesome told them it was my first time getting something there and gave me a really good experience.

A bit pricey for what you get. Quality of the chicken and seasoned fries is great along with the service. The cashier was super informative, helpful, and attentive when ordering for the first time. Their sauce isn’t as good as other chicken dipping sauces in my opinion but is still servicable.
Overall, a quality casual chicken tender/sandwich place that is much needed in the area.
Also the restaurant cracks the a/c pretty high during the summer so bundle up when you dine in.
