This chipotle still operates like it’s 2020. Tried to get double chicken, only got 1 full scoop. Manager was extremely rude. Employees barely speak any English which made understanding harder and I had to repeat every topping I wanted to get. One star is too much for this location, never again!

They have an attitude when you ask for anything! Especially the Spanish people ok digital orders and they start speaking loud and Spanish which is not right.

The girl was nasty about me asking for a new taco since mine was drenched in too much sauce, and didn’t like that I understand and engage in Spanish and caught her saying meaning things to the others about me. It’s like I just want a new taco- no quiero pelear contigo. I know it’s tricky to know with us Argentine/Chileans but don’t assume people do not understand you when you trash talk them in Spanish.

The Barbacoa salad was great. Dine in facilities were unappetizing with tiny stainless steel tables. We were charged $3,15 for a cup of water and were informed that is Chipotle policy. Very unsatisfactory. We'll bring our own water next time.

Went there today Sunday between 5-6 pm The service is just not good at all. People are always rude and the portions are so small- I asked for a bowls and not even half of my bowl was filled- the chips were also all crumbs- they were not even chips anymore

Good food but the customer service could be better. The employees that work there take food too personal making it feel like your being punished for wanting to be satisfied. None the less it's chipotle so it's good. Just take a deep breath and order. It's will be 👍🏾

25 dlls burrito!! and had no idea I was paying for extras, they never mentioned what was extra charged until I saw my receipt. Also 0 customer service oriented, I was trying to ask for recommendations and differences and they didn’t even know what they were serving, Such bad customer experience :/

Found multiple hairs in my food. Got lunch here last Sunday October 12th. I was in a rush so ordered takeout a head of time. Started eating it and half way through found quite a few hairs in my food. Didn't have time to go back and get a new bowl so I had to throw it out.

Amount of food has consistently gone down the last couple of months. They recently removed their first responder discount so they can get more money for their already heinously greedy business. When ordering anything bowl or burrito you have to go back to ask for more rice and if you want anything more than a quarter scoop of protein you will have to pay for double to receive something that is barely what a normal scoop is.

I came in for a chicken burrito and was met with the rudest man. He was yelling at the workers after getting his total for a steak bowl with double steak. He began accusing the gentleman behind the counter saying it wasn’t double steak, even though I watched the man ask for the second scoop and told the worker yes when he clarified that would be a double scoop. Instead of realizing his own mistake he yelled and threw a tantrum demanding and new bowl. And made comments about how the workers accent was hard to understand even though they took my order perfectly. Anyways the workers were super kind and handled the situation well. Please rember these are just people too! Who are working for a large food chain, they can not bend rules or give out extra steak even if they wanted too. My chicken burrito was pretty good too!
