Stopped here for dinner on my way to Boston. The plaza is neat and clean. However, the service provided by Chipotle was poor. The chicken was not ready and they asked us to wait for 10 mins… but I got it after waiting for 30 mins. The service was pathetic. They were rude, with no smile on their face, they treated us as if we were asking for food at gunpoint.

My burrito bowl is somehow half brown liquid, a strong resemblance of how it would come out later that night.

THE PLACE HAS GOOD THINGS, FOR EXAMPLE IT OFFERS EMPLOYMENT TO PEOPLE, BUT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS TERRIBLE. THE LOCATION EVERY TIME I GO THERE IS VISIBLE GARBAGE, LONG LINES BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE AT THE CASH REGISTER, AND STAFF WITH THE ATTITUDE THAT THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES A FAVOR AND NOT A PAYMENT SERVICE. THE TRUTH IS DIFFICULT THE SITUATION THAT I LIVED IN EVERY VISIT

On a trip to CT from NJ, we stopped for lunch at this Chipotle that is in a rest area along Rt 95. We ordered four burrito bowls for the four of us. The food came quickly and was decent and plentiful. If we are going on the route, we may stop here again.

Burnt chicken, to the point where all you can taste in every bite is just black char, no brown rice available, no chips, no corn, but nice staff, but will never be back to this location

I made the decision to eat a bowl of mixed meat with wacamole sour cream, with cheese and chili peppers , delicioso??like a franchise! I love it because of the taste of the food and the great variety in the food

I arrived at tgis location at 9:44am. ( I didn't know they were still closed until 10:00am) There was a lady by the counter, I was standing there for 6 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I was just been ignored. I asked her if they were open and she replied "no". I think that was rude. She saw me waiting in front of her and she just kept minding her business. Definitely poor service.

Omg worst service ever they over charged you they give littler bet chicken and charge you for extra just for one bowl I paid 17.01 that’s crazy , no rice no burrito tortia ,big 👎👎👎👎 she it’s bad attitude to rude 👎👎👎

I wouldn’t know how good the food is it’s 930 am. And it’s closed. You think at a rest stop it would be so I guess I’ll get subways instead

I just ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole, but I didn’t received the guacamole in my bowl. They charged me $2.95 for nothing. Also, the bowl is not full, and look like it’s eaten by someone else.

The people who take your order are very rude, and don’t give you enough time to choose what you really want, they called my Mother ((old lady) in Spanish, but I understood, they should be more polite to customers, I will not come back to that location.
