Chipotle Mexican Grill

This chipotle ruined every chipotle for me. I was eating, felt something hard, I spit it out and it turned out to be a bug. I went to throw everything up in the bathroom. I couldn’t believe it.

Watery. Objectively horrible. Boy was so spaced he didn’t notice I was there for a long time - I politely waited and did say hello- no other customers …..(?) he also charged incorrectly.

Horrific service. Incompetent manager.

Food looked dry , as if they hadn't changed out the trays or turned the food. I was not in the mood for hiccups. There were like 4 or 5 people behind the counter smh. 6 pm was the time.

I asked for a burrito and somehow left with the concept of Thursday. The lettuce spoke in Morse code, the guac was sentient but shy, and my tortilla was legally classified as a cloud. I still don’t know who paid who

Customer service is top notch. Sat down to eat and found that our reciept had been folded into a heart and they had written your amazing on it. Food was good too! 🤩

Stopped here for dinner on my way to Boston. The plaza is neat and clean. However, the service provided by Chipotle was poor. The chicken was not ready and they asked us to wait for 10 mins… but I got it after waiting for 30 mins. The service was pathetic. They were rude, with no smile on their face, they treated us as if we were asking for food at gunpoint.

My burrito bowl is somehow half brown liquid, a strong resemblance of how it would come out later that night.

THE PLACE HAS GOOD THINGS, FOR EXAMPLE IT OFFERS EMPLOYMENT TO PEOPLE, BUT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS TERRIBLE. THE LOCATION EVERY TIME I GO THERE IS VISIBLE GARBAGE, LONG LINES BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE AT THE CASH REGISTER, AND STAFF WITH THE ATTITUDE THAT THE CUSTOMER RECEIVES A FAVOR AND NOT A PAYMENT SERVICE. THE TRUTH IS DIFFICULT THE SITUATION THAT I LIVED IN EVERY VISIT

On a trip to CT from NJ, we stopped for lunch at this Chipotle that is in a rest area along Rt 95. We ordered four burrito bowls for the four of us. The food came quickly and was decent and plentiful. If we are going on the route, we may stop here again.

Burnt chicken, to the point where all you can taste in every bite is just black char, no brown rice available, no chips, no corn, but nice staff, but will never be back to this location
