I arrived at tgis location at 9:44am. ( I didn't know they were still closed until 10:00am) There was a lady by the counter, I was standing there for 6 minutes waiting for someone to take my order, I was just been ignored. I asked her if they were open and she replied "no". I think that was rude. She saw me waiting in front of her and she just kept minding her business. Definitely poor service.

I just ordered a chicken bowl with guacamole, but I didn’t received the guacamole in my bowl. They charged me $2.95 for nothing. Also, the bowl is not full, and look like it’s eaten by someone else.

The people who take your order are very rude, and don’t give you enough time to choose what you really want, they called my Mother ((old lady) in Spanish, but I understood, they should be more polite to customers, I will not come back to that location.

I love chipotle but this is the first time that I am very disappointed . But the worst part is the guy who served me put so little meat like he's serving a kids meal . When I said something about it, he said "you want double meat for additional $6" . Been eating in chipotle so I know what a serving size is .Then they said the corn is not spicy but it is. So ended up throwing the rest of the little serving they gave me .We are actually on a road trip which make it worst.

Out of all the Chipotles in Fairfield County I've been to this is the only location that I've been to recently that doesn't skimp on serving sizes. While the others don't have the price hike that the rest stop makes all the restaurants have I'd rather be paying the extra $5 more to eat at the rest stop if it means I get the actual amount of food I'm paying for.

I’ve come here several times and even ordered it for delivery off of my favorite delivery app. The food is always been nice and fresh and filled. I’ve always been satisfied after and very full lol. When I went there, the place is clean tables are wiped down and the staff very helpful and awesome and nice.

Omg worst service ever they over charged you they give littler bet chicken and charge you for extra just for one bowl I paid 17.01 that’s crazy , no rice no burrito tortia ,big ???? she it’s bad attitude to rude ???

I ordered ahead using the app. It said my order would be ready in 8 minutes at 7:30pm. I waited at least five minutes and was not even acknowledge when I was right at the counter. I finally asked the girl and she looked around for my order and told me it wasn't ready yet. I waited around for at least another fifteen minutes before getting so tired of waiting I asked yet again if my order was ready. Finally a few minutes later I get the single item I ordered. I could've gone through the line several times while I was waiting. What's the point of ordering ahead when you have to go through the line to get your order made? There was no apology for the wait, no sense t urgency or empathy whatsoever. This was my first visit to Connecticut and the first time at a Chipotle in a long time. I very rarely leave a bad review because I understand things sometimes happen we can't control. In this case I felt like I was being a burden on the female employee because I wanted the food I paid for. Had she maybe expressed some understanding of why I was standing there for over twenty five minutes I could've left a little less frustrated. That burrito cost more than the $11 from my pocket, it costed me valuable time I don't appreciate others wasting. Online orders should take priority over the line, otherwise what's the point in offering that service.

Located in Darien rest stop. Steak was old and spoiled. Have eaten at many Chipotle’s - typically clean and food fresh but not here. Worker who made my order rude and surly. Had to throw out $16 worth of steak tacos. Would not recommend.

Food is okay, but it's more Tex-Mex fast food, not authentic Mexican food. This one is in a rest stop so there's no atmosphere or ambience to speak of.
