Place was empty besides my friend and someone who was there before us. Place was super clean and service was good even though the drive through was super busy. I had a chicken salad sandwich and mozzarella sticks. Sandwich was jam packed with chicken salad and the lettuce and tomato were fresh. Mozzarella sticks were perfectly crispy and the ketchup “red gold”for the fries was different and delicious.

I’d give a zero for the service if I could. I don’t know if she’s the manager or what but this lady’s attitude towards me and these elderly people was disgusting. My first time here, she rolled her eyes at me when I was asking nicely if the cheeseburger came with fries and drink; like woman this is my first time in Connecticut??? How are you gonna get mad at me for not knowing your greasy fast food menu by heart. To be fair, I’d be mad too if my makeup looked like the girl from true beauty unironically

I just ordered a Philly steak wrap, I order here often, but today it was really bad, the cheese wasn't cooked, the onions weren't cooked, and the food was cold even though it should have been hot. And there is a young girl, she said she is the manager, and she even doesn’t know the food was cooked or not, she just standing there not even said anything, it was awful experience, I will not comeback or order again..

It's been awhile since I've been to duchess restaurant. Still as good as I remember had a pastrami and Swiss on a hard roll with mustard tomato and onion and curly fries for$ ,50 cents extra

Picture of my 1/3 pound burger showed a fat juicy burger.... Turned out to be a pre formed hamburger patty.... Not juicy, not the thickness it was portraid as.... The bun was dry and broke apart all over my shirt.... I'm giving them 2 stars because the onion rings were great! My coworker got the Philly cheese steak, he said it was by far the worst one he's ever had...The staff was nice.
