Local place with excellent parking. I would recommend a latte from this location as they seem to specialize in it. If you are a local or a traveler all are welcomed by the calming staff. If you are father they have excellent powder donut muchkins for our kids and clean bathrooms.

I have been coming here on a very regular basis for years and honestly I just think I’m done patronizing this DD. All I ask for is an iced coffee light with extra milk and the coffee always comes out practically black at pickup. When I politely ask the barista if she can add more milk, the same woman ALWAYS rolls her eyes at me. I’m just over the attitude on a simple order coming out wrong.

Located at the last southbound I-95 Connecticut Rest Area before crossing the state boarder into New York State. Make sure you stop there. Free parking, free bathrooms, several food vendors, Apple vending machine, plenty of seating, etc.. The next highway rest areas are in New Jersey, and Orange County, NY. With potential traffic delays, you’ll be really glad you stopped off in Connecticut before continuing your trip.

The people who work there are friendly enough. I order the snacking bacon quite regularly from different Dunkin locations and this is the only place that gives it to me in a ball. It is hard to snack when I practically need a knife to eat it. Also got hash browns that are as hard as hockey pucks. I couldn't even eat them.

If I could give this DD a 0 I would. Ordered a cappuccino on Tuesday 3/22/23 picked it up and had to take it back because it had soap in it. Waited for 10 minutes just soo they could remake it. You would think I would’ve been first priority! Then today 3/23/23 came back to give them another chance, ordered ahead of time and it wasn’t even ready! Waited again!!! Then when I received it it only had milk and sugar! Threw the whole thing out! Never coming back here again!! Terrible service and no one understands English. This is the reason why people go to Starbucks!

This is for Dunkin' in Darien (Other Dunkin places within a few miles are way better)I give this a 1 star because of the zombie staff at this location. You walk in and they either don't acknowledge you or continue their conversations with their work friendsCommunicating your order is difficult as English is a real challenge at this location No service with a smile - it's obvious the staff just don't want to be there and working is a burden on themI have given this place a try a few times and every time it's the same - feels like I'm not a customerIf I was the franchise owner of this place I'd be unhappy to know this. Note to franchise owner - you should replace/look at your staffing here... ideally by anonymous patrons (the ones that work between about 10am and 4pm)...I live locally but use Dunkin's in other locations where you don't get the same attitude (Springdale is great)

Can y’all retrain your baristas? I asked if the shots were added to my beverage and she responded “it’s a latte”. 1. Obviously 2.poor customer service response 3.drink was weak. My latte does not taste like milk at other locations. $5.57 for a small latte, more expensive than NYC ?

Heads up! Ordered a dozen donuts through the app. They only put 10 donuts in the box. We were already out of the store before we realized.
Went in the establishment, order some beverages and a chocolate Croissant.. came out fast you issue place looked clean.. was not BZ at all

Worst experience with Dunkin till date. I ordered an iced coffee and after tasting it, I could tell it was burnt/ overdone. I informed the lady about it and instead of being helpful, she started telling me how expresso tastes. It wasn’t my first time having coffee from Dunkin. I told her that I’ve had coffee multiple times from them and it has never tasted this bitter and burnt. She had no intentions of helping me, but had an attitude to throw at me. Worst customer service. Never going back!
