$27 for a lobster roll on a 4inch bun. They use to make legitimate lobster rolls on a larger bun with more lobster meat and now they switch to a ridiculously small roll without warning at the same price. Have some integrity.

We loved the lobster roll and the crispy fish sandwiches. The new buns from flour water salt bakery really bring the sandwiches to the next level. The lobster roll was generous and the fish sandwich was also generously portioned and cooked to perfection. The fish could have used more seasoning like salt and pepper to enhance the flavor.

Love the sushi from here, amazing quality and very fresh shrimp. I highly recommend the Shrimp Tempura roll, it’s delicious! “Mike” the sushi chef is awesome.

Ordered sushi for pick up before they closed at 7pm. Showed up at 6:50. They sold my food to someone else!! Shocked! This is my second bad experience with this place. Please..someone open another sushi/fish place in Darien. We need it so badly.

So looking forward to this place but unfortunately the staff was completely rude and unwilling to accommodate any request for food order He laughed in my face when I tried to order a lobster roll and pointed to empty container. I then asked for a crab roll and he said kitchen was closed. Will not be coming back to this rude establishment in darien. Avoid.

I sent email and never heard back Don't care. Won't be visiting this establishment again. Wast of time with no food and bad customer service.

Fish sandwich is super fresh. The staff pick up and sliced the tuna in front me and fried it in the back. Took 15 min and worth the wait. Poke bowl is good except the rice was cold and hard to chew on. It’ll be five stars if they keep rice warm and soft.

My family and I tried Fjord’s in Darien this past weekend and will not be returning… To start off, we reviewed the website and decided to visit the Darien location based off the the larger selection of in stock food advertised online. We ordered four fish and chips entrees, a lobster roll entree, two crab cakes and seafood spread. Once our order was placed, we were informed they ran out of cod fish (their online website shows a greater quantity available), and had to settle with fried tilapia (highly do not recommend). Our total for five entrees, 2 side crab cakes and a seafood spread was $108.In everyone’s opinion the food was not worth $108, and if I can give zero stars I would! The only positive feedback I can give was that the fish was fresh. The batter for the fried fish was way too thick, almost like a breading and very oily. There were no “chips” in the order, as the original English dish would include, and the handful of fries were previously frozen. The lobster roll was average and very greasy. Each entree included a teaspoon of coleslaw, which I found quite ridiculous. If there wasn’t enough for each order, it could’ve been left out. The crab cakes tasted like mush.. Leave it to the Maryland and don’t waste your time with Fjord’s… Lastly, the seafood spread was disgusting! I wouldn’t feed it to a cat! If you want overly priced fresh raw fish, be my guest and purchase from Fjord’s. Otherwise, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY & TIME, on their prepared foods.

Fairly limited selection at fairly high prices but good quality. Better to go early in the day.

Our favorite fish market! We came here all the time when we lived in Stamford and wish there was an outpost in LA where we now live. Can’t find anything around here that comes close…
