Clean, well kept restaurant. Food is fresh too. Parking can be found behind the brick building most of the time (don’t try the struggle of parallel parking near entrance). Excellent vegan options, even down to the desserts.
Walked in. Was seen and stood there waiting to order for like 15 minutes. I finally had to grab something premade from the cooler since literally no one said anything yet when I went to pay they suddenly were available. Get more workers or something since only one is actually making stuff. I have no clue if only one is allowed to stay on the register while the other is strictly food. Like it makes no sense why it took me 20 minutes to end up just getting a grab and go meal.
The menu at Green and Tonic is awesome - nowhere else I’ve been in the area have I found a cacao drink with functional mushrooms and it tastes great. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering it is located in fancy pants Darien. A latte at Dunkin (a much lower quality drink) would literally cost me more than the mushroom cacao at G&T. Their smoothie menu looks fantastic. I wish I had gotten the name of the young woman who was working yesterday (6/4) afternoon...
