So beyond disappointed took my daughter here for her birthday dinner which she looks forward to every year the chef barely interacted with us and the food quality was mediocre at best this place has definitely gone downhill thru the years if you want an entertaining delicious meal this is the last place you should go

We just walked out of the place. We came in and waited for 10 min just for someone to acknowledge we were there, servers kept walking by us but no one acknowledged us. After a long wait they sat us at a hibachi table and left us there waiting for another 15 min, a server never came to ask even about drinks. I would understand if they were busy but the place was empty. Absolutely not coming back!

This is my go-to place for sushi take out. Each of their sushi menu items are flavorful, prepared neatly, and taste fresh. My personal favorite is the mona roll. The fish portions in each sushi item are generous.

I recently celebrated my birthday at Hibachi Sushiya, and it was an unforgettable experience! The chef was absolutely incredible—fun, talented, and went above and beyond to make our night special. The cooking show was both entertaining and impressive, and the chef's skill was clear in every move. From flaming onion volcanoes to his perfectly timed jokes, he kept us laughing and amazed the whole night.
The food was just as outstanding. The sushi was fresh and delicious, and the hibachi dishes were cooked to perfection right in front of us. I couldn’t have asked for a better birthday celebration, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for amazing food and a truly fun dining experience!

We were greeted right at the door, and as soon as we sat down, our drinks arrived immediately! The customer service was a perfect 10/10. The atmosphere was great, the soup was fantastic, and the salad was fresh and crunchy. All the food tasted incredibly fresh with amazing flavors. I’ll definitely be coming back!

If you’re looking for a fun and flavorful dining experience, I highly recommend Hibachi Sushi Ya! The place is huge, with plenty of parking available. They offer a variety of seating options, including hibachi tables, a bar, and a traditional dining area. I loved the cute koi pond you see right when you walk in—it really sets a nice vibe. My friend and I did the hibachi experience and started with cocktails. She got a lychee martini, and I went for a Pom Passion Margarita—both were fantastic. We also shared two sushi rolls for appetizers, which were fresh and tasty (check out the pictures I’ve attached, though I can’t recall the names of the rolls). Our hibachi chef was super entertaining and skilled, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. My friend had the Seafood Delight hibachi entree while I ordered the shrimp and scallop hibachi entrée, and I was really pleased with my meal—the shrimp and scallops were perfectly cooked. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive throughout the evening, which made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for delicious food and a lively atmosphere, this is definitely a spot worth visiting!
The food is actually pretty good. I am putting a one star because I was harassed for a tip. Normally, I wait for the service to be completed to provide a tip. I had to sign a receipt and I put $0 because I was tipping in the app. The delivery man became aggressive and refused to leave my office without a tip written on the receipt when I clearly stated I will tip in the app. He then called the store due to language barrier and I explained to the woman the tip will be provided on grubhub. She proceeded to tell me it’ll be easier to write it on the receipt and they send a picture to grubhub which didn’t make sense at all. I told her I prefer to do it in the app and she instructed the man to leave. This happened right in my office and all my coworkers heard him getting aggressive. This was not a pleasant experience and very embarrassing. A tip is earned but to harass someone and get aggressive was uncalled for. Especially when that person was already planning on tipping. I will not be ordering from here again no matter how good the food was. You should always respect your customers and understand a tip is not mandatory.
