I work in the pest control industry and I pick the places I eat with great detail. Not only is Jakes Place clean and tidy, but the food was delicious and has that home made charm that is tough to find these days. The owner was friendly and so was the staff. Highly recommend. 3.8 stars!

A refreshingly analog take on a local breakfast and lunch spot. Fantastic food, a great crowd, and personal service. The prices are very fair for the quality, and it's very refreshing to see a small business with quality this great.
Stopped in and had the Jake burger which was great. I sampled the daily soup special which was a smoked bacon potato soup. It was one the the best soups I have had. The owner was terrific. The owner seemed to know it was my first time because the place was Full of regulars so I stood out. Great small place off the beaten path.
