Loved the food experience, approachable waiter who was always available to explain flavors on our courses and lovely staff. My only quibble is 3oz is a half glass while 6 oz is a full glass of wine or champagne. At these prices I think the pour should be more generous. Cannot wait to return.
The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, the service gracious and food exquisite! Fougasse, escargots, duck magret, gnocchi as light as clouds, salmon, brioche pudding—all divine!
Everything at l'ostal was perfect - from the warm welcome we received when we arrived to the friendly, professional and informative service and of course the food which was outstanding! We are already planning our return and what other dishes we want to try.
