The restaurant can be a little loud, making conversation challenging. Highlights include the pizza, mozzarella sticks, fried calamari, and Lobster Fettuccine, which are highly recommended. The service is exceptional, with friendly and welcoming staff who ensure prompt and precise food and drink service. You can’t go wrong with any of their homemade pasta dishes or pizza, and you could make a meal out of their appetizers, like Italian tapas style. The short rib was cooked perfectly in the risotto, and the bolognese sauce for the pasta was delicious. Fantastic drinks too. Servers were very attentive and food came out quickly. The fixed price lunch offers really generous portions and is delicious. Overall, Molto Darien provides a consistent and enjoyable dining experience.
