We ordered lunch for our office. The food was prepared promptly but one of the containers was opened and spilled on the way back to our office. One of the managers, Francesco, kindly replaced the item and delivered it himself. What service! Would definitely recommend this restaurant for food and customer service.

Honestly, I am reluctant to give bad reviews because I’d rather people have their own individual experience. We gave Molto in Darien four chances before I decided to leave this review (probably my own mistake) Every time has been a bad experience. The food is sub par, the service is ok and no one seems to truly care if you like your meal or not it’s all about the up charge. Molto in Fairfield is our go to place and honestly the best customer service and food by far.

I ordered a pick up order and the lady on the phone was rushing me to order and was very rude. I ordered three pizzas that were doughy And looked like a 10 year old made it. Don’t know if the Fairfield location is a sister restaurant to them but the Fairfield location is SOO much better.

Loved Molto’s happy hour — delicious pizza and beautifully made cocktails. Our friends ordered the tuna tartare and loved both the freshness and the generous portion. José, our bartender, was warm, polished, and clearly very capable, delivering a great experience with ease and professionalism.
Stands out as one of the worst meals I can recall- from the sad luke warm food to the inattentive service to the cacophonous dining room. Truly exceptionally awful.

Way too loud. Not in a good way I’ve been to many restaurants in my lifetime. Impossible to enjoy food. Probably off hours are tolerable. If you go here make a reservation and insist on a booth. Very poor sound deadening/layout/ acoustics. You will go home with a horse throat from yelling across the table to be heard by your guests. Just unpleasant. Skip it if you’re going to get stuck in a middle table. The loudness will destroy the experience.
