DO NOT ORDER FROM NAYA DARIEN This is the second time we've ordered from here...same experience. Order on line, show up 25 min later at pick up time, "you gotta wait we got a lot of orders right now". Its now 30 min past my pick up time no progress. Meantime they are serving walk in orders!! WTF!! DO NOT ORDER FROM NAYA DARIEN

We stopped to grab some lunch, not knowing what to expect and we really enjoyed our meal. We ordered two bowls, I had the chicken and my girlfriend had the lamb. Both of our bowls were so good. I had brown rice, salad, tomatoes, cucumber and onions with a garlic sauce. It was excellent. The meal was perfect. Really tasty and full of flavor.

Amazing food but even more amazing customer service. Received a messed up order and was very frustrated but the young lady went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you so much for saving dinner and making the customer so happy!

Chain food, better than many options. Some of the items were very dry.

Take out operations is a mess, I waited an hour while the manager helped walk-in’s and she knew I was waiting patiently. She gave out a bunch of freebies to the other person that waited less time for take out. No way they make money with service/freebies like this, it will be interesting to see if they stay open through 2024. Not worth the risk of having to wait around for an hour, and they didn’t even give the pita.

I think this place is fantastic. I eat it probably 3x a week. I also think the price is fair when you take into consideration the freshness of the ingredients. You may pay close to $20 for a mediocre salad somewhere else (my bowl is not even close to $20). There is so much flavor in each bite!

New and modern restaurant. To begin with they are overpriced for what you get. The freshness is there but the taste is definitely not.I've been there a few times, very cold unwelcoming service. There are other places, like Layla's in Stamford that are more authentic and flavor wise much better.

Good food a little pricey. Servers are kind and attentive. Location is nice. Steps from station.

Great potential with a few issuesPros:Tasty and healthy middle eastern fareThe meat had great flavor despite being too toughSpicy green sauce has a lot of flavor in addition to the heatLots of great veggie toppings, babaganoush, tzatziki were all solidGood little kids meal option with drink and pita An olive oil / vinegar option would be nice for the salad bowls (if they had this i did not see it)Cons:Pastries- spinach, cheese, beef etc were cold despite being in a "hot" case, on multiple occasionsSteak/meat is extremely chewy on multiple occasionsVisibly ill new employee (kept asking the others how to do things) was serving the food while also coughing and sneezing continuously. I know its hard to staff restaurants these days but when it comes to issues of health like this, you have to send the person home. Its unacceptable to have the person handling food be sick like that. Says something about how this location is being run. For the record he seemed like a super nice guy who could be a great worker but management should insist he go home and rest until well!!! Not his fault.

I used to go to their NYC branches all the time when I worked in the city. I always loved their fresh wraps, particularly the whipped garlic sauce. Needless to say, now that I work from home in Westchester, I was thrilled to learn that a branch opened up in Western Connecticut. In terms of service and ambiance, this place is a very typical NYC lunch place, where you name the kind of meal you want (bowl, wrap, salad), your protein, and you get to add all the sauces and toppings you like. I made the mistake on my most recent visit of overloading my wrap so that it was quite messy and heavy when I brought it home. Next time, I will add fewer toppings, but the garlic whip sauce will definitely still be there! This particular branch is located in a brand new shopping center near Stamford and somewhat removed from Darien proper. I would recommend Naya to anyone in the area.
