They were completely out of chicken. 4/5 of the menu is chicken. I understand things can happen, but then put a sign out that says we are out of chicken, instead of telling each person as they arrive at the register after waiting in line. No soup spoons for the soup and they have us 1 napkin. I like the food at Panera, but the service at this location is đ.

Everything is always perfect at Panera except for the napkins at this one. It must be the franchise holder who is withholding the napkins. unfortunately, no Panera on that Iâm a member of sip club. So I have to order on the app. I Even wrote Panera about it and they didnât even respond. But the free cinnamon bun they gave me was delicious. One thing that I would like to understand

The lack of respect from this girl in a brown cap is incredible. I came to this place with my family and this girl's service was terrible. She threw the food in our faces and started laughing.
