Bread was stale, both baguettes and sandwiches. I have had the Mediterranean veggie sandwich many times over many years and I can honestly say this one was the worst one I’ve ever had. The bread was still, and there was hardly any hummus on it.

Annoyingly sloppy place. Ordered a garden caprese melt, got a mac and cheese. Ordered a Greek salad with mozzarella, and got no mozzarella. On top of this the so-called Greek salad was uneatable as it was soaked in vinegar. Unfortunately noticed the mistakes only on the motorway. Check what you order, this place clearly doesn't control what they put in the bag. Such a bad experience that we will think twice before visiting Panera Bread again.

Panera should definitely drop their name from this place. It hurts them this lack of management at one store. The reviews all point to how rude the employees are. It was towards everybody, like they were requested to treat poorly the customers. Unbelievable !!!

They were completely out of chicken. 4/5 of the menu is chicken. I understand things can happen, but then put a sign out that says we are out of chicken, instead of telling each person as they arrive at the register after waiting in line. No soup spoons for the soup and they have us 1 napkin. I like the food at Panera, but the service at this location is 👎.
The workers just don't seem to care.At all cause it's a welcome center.There's just here to get the hourly paycheck

Was given the wrong item. Was given cream tomato soup instead of rustic potato soup. Not the first time I've had issues with this location. If you're here, just go to the chipotle right there, less money, better food.

Everything is always perfect at Panera except for the napkins at this one. It must be the franchise holder who is withholding the napkins. unfortunately, no Panera on that I’m a member of sip club. So I have to order on the app. I Even wrote Panera about it and they didn’t even respond. But the free cinnamon bun they gave me was delicious. One thing that I would like to understand
